I cannot download on my phone three monthly statement. I can only view them?!
Amazon.co.za sucks! I have ordered and item wish they listed as "only tow left in stock" and because I can get it in two days, decide against Takealot that offered it in one day, just to try out. I even check after I paid, and there was only one left!. Now I get an email stating "Shipping was delayed" so I can get it only next week - in four days!. Not mush of an entry point into the South African market and should be reported for lying about the stock - Competition Commission of South Africa.? Bad, bad and bad ethics!
I find it very difficult to see that ABSA thinks I can live in the small ***** POBOX at the Post Office. 1 st, will not fit in there and there is no Kitchen, Bedroom, Toilets or parking! I RICA's in March this year and since June they show my Post Office Box number on my statements. Agian Why? They do not send statements to the Post Office, they email it!. They know we use Bank statements to RICA at other places, Vodacom, etc. The previous address as at a Residential address. So why change it to a PO Box at the Post Office.
My account has been locked on the web (I had bad connection. I cannot install my app. I do not have transport to go to the bank. Transfer of call did not happened when I called. Please help me.
It is a fu***k joke. If you phone is ******. How do they they expect you to phone and report it. I had only access to my laptop. Searching to stop it only lead me to a telephone number. So how do I call it without a phone? Basterts!
After visiting twice the branch and trying to transfer money on the App and ussd code in Direct banking and more calls, I continue to receive technical error.
Pathetic response after I complained here about their facial recognition not working after many tries on the cellphone. They called me back to report that they have changed from a 4-digit Remote PIN to a 5-digit Remote PIN on their banking app. They will look for a solution and call me back as I said I do not have transport to go to the Branch because I have no transport and am in the field. Sadly they call me today, that I must pay R150.00 then they give me a token!. Are you crazy?. Your software developers roll out an "improved feature" not testing old (4-digit Remote PIN and to inform me and now you want me to pay for it? In any case, are you telling me I cannot do banking because I cannot do Facial Recognition? What is this? Part of the One World Government? Get lost! I will close my bank account at the first available opportunity I get. And next time when you roll out "featured get a proper IT Software Project- and Change Manager onboard!
Seems like ABSA is chasing away overdraft customers. Banking with ABSA since 1985 I was called today to agree to paying off my R1000.00 overdraft in monthly R100.00 installments. Although it is currently paid off, I wonder what motivated this brutal move for small money on a long well standing customer?!. What is interesting that a Marketing survey company phoned me a few day ago and I give some negative reviews on my ABSA experience. Then another person phoned me to ask how he can help. I told him to look into my response to the survey. Then I have this call today asking me to pay off my small overdraft. What that means to me, is they either do not have money to give small overdraft or "To Hell with small customers". I do not even think that what they are doing is legal and will investigate that.
Trying my best to get the face scanning thing to work on new phone and app, but with no success. Best way to chase you away from bank. Why could the make it easier.? Stucked forever?
I changed cellphone and after trying many times, cannot access through FNB app.
