I have been awaiting payment of funds in respect of a divorce order. Every time I phone I'm told to phone back tomorrow. The service is pathetic!
The casino has an entrance that leads to the mall, which is open to the public. Together with my children, I made use of this entrance today on my way to the mall. We have used this entrance countless times before. Today however we were stopped by a security guard and told that we were not allowed to enter due to the fact that my children were not wearing shoes. My children are preschoolers and very rarely wears shoes. This is one of the most absurd procedures that I have ever heard of. I would love an explanation about this.
I visited Foschini today, with my children, while we were in the mall. I was busy putting my one year old back in her stroller when an employee of Foschini started yelling at my six year old son, who was standing next to me. She told me that my son tried to rip the stockings on a mannequin. I asked him and he said he didn't, to which she replied: "he did it, you didn't see!" So I had a look at the stockings to ascertain whether he did damage. He did not. I asked her to show me where he damaged the stockings and she kept yelling at me that my child tried to damage their merchandise. I told her that she had no right to yell at my child and that she should show me the damage. By this time my son was in tears. I called the manager and asked the employee to show her manager the damage. As there was none she just walked away. I asked the manager if the employee was going to apologise and she said no probably not now. I deem this as unprofessional and unacceptable. It seems like children, or for that matter anyone with a child, is not welcome in this store. Needless to say I will be taking my business elsewhere.
When granted a home loan by Nedbank we provided them with proof that we have buildings cover insurance for the property with another company. We therefore declined the insurance with Nedbank.
After a year of payment we were sent renewal documents for inurance. Nedbank has been deducting a monthly amount in respect of insurance, even though we have existing cover.
We informed them of the mistake and we have been struggling for days on end to receive the refund as promised.
We've sent all the documents they requested but still we have to wait.
This is quite disappointing seeing as we pay our dues on time.
Every time we've called the call centre we've been told something different.
Seems like Vodacom just charges whatever they please.
My subscription fee is R999 per month and taking into account out of bundle data rates my account has been around R1600 for the past 8 months. Now suddenly we're stuck with an account of almost R5000! None of the consultants can agree on the price per MB for data rates.
I was supposed to receive a new account on Sunday, and even though I have 900 MB of my 1 G data left, the account already stands at R1900, two days into the new month.
This is totally unacceptable. And off course it's impossible to get answers.
