I buy groceries on behalf of the company I work for. Staff consists of 150 workers. I paid and sent through proof of payment on 1 March and still have not received my order. We have no tea and coffee left. I have this situation every single month with Makro and it is not getting better. When I ask to be referred to a service delivery manager the call center agents refuse to assist.
WHAT AN AWFUL SERVICE PROVIDER YOU ARE! WE MADE PAYMENT FOR 3 MTN CONTRACTS ON 2 MARCH 2018, WE HAVE E-MAILED THE PROOF OF PAYMENT, 2 TIMES ALREADY BUT OUR SERVICE WAS CUT TODAY! WE E-MAILED THE PROOF OF PAYMENT FOR THE 3RD TIME TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GET YOUR ADMIN UP TO SCRATCH! WHAT IF WE HAVE AN EMERGENCY, HOW CAN WE USE SUSPENDED PHONES.
<p>I placed on order for a waist shaper promotion on the Lorem Corsets Facebook page and was instructed to pay upfront for the order.</p> <p> I did make a direct deposit on the 21st May 2016 and was promised delivery b y Juanita that within 5 to 8 working days my order will be despatched and I will receive a tracking number.</p> <p> It is now 14 working days later and I have still not received anything.</p> <p> The FB page has been disabled and after sending an email to the orders@ corsets email address, Emily emailed to state that she just took over the business and Juanita no longer is with them.</p> <p> </p> <p>That is a blatant lie because this nonsense has been going on for a lot longer judging from all the complaints about this company and the way they do business.</p> <p> I truly believe they are running a scam.</p> <p> I emailed Emily, Michelle and Fiona and since Emily's email to advise that she will expedite my order , I am getting no response from anyone.</p> <p> This is totally unacceptable. In the time that I placed an order with Lorem Corsets, I placed 2 others online orders and paid, overnight I received my orders because I received tracking numbers immediately.</p> <p> I am now demanding a refund of the money that I paid in.</p> <p> If I had only read all the other bad reviews this company got from HELLO PETER, I would never have trusted them and placed an order with them.</p>

We have been trying to return a neck chain that was purchased on sale since Thursday 17 March. The purchase was a gift and would like to return it. Staff at NWJ keep telling us that they do not have cash in order to refund us. This is now the 4th day and I still have not received any feed back from them. The refund amount is only R 1000 surely they should have some money available as we have passed a weekend as well. Why are they stalling? Are they waiting for the 10 day cash back terms to expire? Stop ripping people off NWJ!!!!!!

Today I called and your lines were down.<br> How on earth can there not be stock of the same outstanding books for the past 6 months????<br> I have honored my end of the contract by ensuring that there is money in my account for the debit order to go off, please honor your end of the contract by sending me my books!
In September I signed my contract and paid for Bradley to get my ANC done. I contracted him a couple of days before my wedding and he said he could not assist me. I have asked for a refund but he is now not taking my calls and I have noticed that he's website is locked. The ANC was only R950, but it is the principal of the matter. I have seen posts now that show he has done this to other people as well. I got he's details from a member of he's church. So I thought he can be trusted. These people are they biggest bunch of thieves!!!
I never complain about bad service ever! But Kfc on Rifle Range really needs to close down. This is literally the 4th time we have been there and service was so bad. When my fiance questions them about this, the cashier ignores him as he is invisible. We try to support local but how can we when we are treated like this. PLEASE CLOSE DOWN KFC RIFLE RANGE OR GET BETTER STAFF!
