I AM THE NEW OWNER OF THAT NUMBER. WHEN I INFORM THEM THIS, THEY HAVE THE ATTITUDE TO TELL ME, I CAN PRETEND NOT TO BE THAT PERSON AND BEING RUDE.

Good day, We logged a complaint that you need to refund my husband the R400 as your call center *****ed up and gave the incorrect information. We received the following case number: CAS-133817-F7F3F3 and a person by the name Good Enough Mcube has been assigned to it This is now going on since the 23rd of July and NO ONE is getting back to us! This is the most useless service that we have receive EVER!!
Send my pension withdrawl form on the 22md of september. Called to confirm if they received it and when will it pay out. Busisiwe Masemola convermed that it wil be in my account on the 7th of October. On the 7th the money still did not show. Called her again and she said it will be in on the 9th. Its now the 9th and its still not in. Called again and she said it will be in today latest monday. I'm just getting empty promises and nothing is happening.
