I canceled my service with Rain. They said they will pick up the router (as far as threatening if we do not give it back they will deduct the money for the router) No 1 when they phone they do not have our correct address. No2 they come to the house during the day (after they got the address right), everybody at work. They cannot phone for arrangements to pick it up at work 5blocks away. What the F can this company do right they give poor service and then they want to start threatening!!!!
How do you get rid of rain??? I've complained about their service on hellopeter and they could not resolve the issues and that force me to cancel the service but they do not cancel the service they cannot even get that right!
Why can Rain not resolve their problems? Because you do not get service. But they send mails back on their "tickets" saying the problem is resolved but they have not even contacted you to resolve the tickets. How does that work its FALSE
I want to give them 0 rating. This is the worst service provider. Iv used two other providers and went over to rain with all their 5G talk etc. WHAT A LIE!!! We have the full package R999 but on the 10th of the month internet on/off with extreme buffering (one device), Been with them from 1Dec 2021. When contacting them you get a ticket but that's that nobody contacts back. Is this another provided with empty words.
Does Telkom still exist phoning the stores and nobody answer a phone. Ko;onade, Woderpar, wonderboom junction, lyttleton
I made a payment on 28 May 2021 they refuse to acknowledge payment on my account. They do to even answer me on all my queries.
Never have problem with them always profetional and promp service
I would like to praise Dr J viljoen at the center for his help with my medical/ diabetes. Without his help, I would not have known where I would have been.
