Help a little
Why when you call in and cancel a number does it keep being deducted? I have called them a few times, and yet still get debited for a number i don't use and don't want.

Frustated and Upset
On 23 August, I posted on Hello Peter about an outstanding fine that was supposed to be paid. I clearly stated, "Paid the fine, send proof of payment," yet here we are, ONE YEAR AND FOUR MONTHS LATER, and the damn fine STILL appears on my name as unpaid! They blatantly ignored the proof I provided, consciously knowing I made the payment, and yet the fine remains! What on earth was the point of paying, registering, sending the information (more than once!) if it’s just going to be ignored and left unresolved? This is utterly unacceptable. And to add insult to injury, on 24 May 2025—yes, almost a year after I initially raised this—the matter remains unresolved! I was even contacted by Hello Peter on 21 June 2024, only to be told my review was false. I sent screenshots, proof of payment, and countless attempts to clarify, but today, the damn fine still shows on my name. This levels of incompetence and disregard are infuriating beyond words. It’s an outright mockery of accountability and respect!

Terrible Customer Service
Paid the fine, send proof of payment and 1 year and 4 months later the fine is still on my name and shows unpaid! They didn't acknowledge the payment, they are aware i made payment and YET the fine remains! What was the point of paying, registering, sending the info (MORE THAN ONCE) and its still there????????

Bad Service for LONG standing customer
Terrible service, no follow up. Vodacom phoned me and changed my contract, promising me i would be paying less a month, double the data, and I ended up paying R 1200 more at the end of the month. The people who continually call and harass you are a bunch of ****s, and when you log a call and complaint and they promise to give you feedback, guess again, nothing happens. I have been with Vodacom for over 20 years, will be moving all my contracts over forthwith! Unprofessional and Unacceptable.

Unreliable Plumbers
unreliable, unhelpful and cannot keep an appointment, not once but twice. Cannot get hold of them on any number, not even an emergency one as per their website. I would never recommend them for any job, big or small. Rather scroll past this company
