We wanted to do an upgrade, but before anything was agreed upon, the consultant (Lerato) put through the upgrade (obviously eager for the commission). She then mentioned on the phone she has to put through a cancellation which should have been adhered to on the day. Now wasting time at Vodacom Cresta due to the incompetence of Lerato to get the cancellation done and an upgrade that we agree upon. As Vodacom, I would be ashamed of Lerato as a consultant.
We placed an order with UberEats and unfortunately we had the incorrect address saved. When the driver said he was there, we realized that we had the wrong address. Only about 10 mins from where we stay. We phoned and asked it to be delivered but he promptly left the food on the street - did not even offer to take it back to KFC. We were happy to compensate for our error ..... but just to leave the food on the sidewalk - really stupid stupid guy !!!

FNB .... We are paying fees for a "Personal Banker" ...... what does a "Personal Banker" mean ..... sent through a question on 5th November and still have not received an answer. Paying additional fees for **** ! ???
Tried to use discovery miles/points at store today, but app points you to join discovery bank and you are not able to use your miles in store. very stupid and misleading app. Wasted 30 minutes of my time!
I have a problem with a deposit at the Randridge mall that is not reflected in my account. I phone the "national" number 087 575 9404 asking for the FNB Randridge mall number ... they give me a number of 011 791 1345 .... this is a private number for the last 2 years. I phone the "national" number again and I ask to try 011 791 1320 or 011 791 1321 ..... guess what .... both numbers do not exist. I have other issues with FNB and will create a new review for them. Pathetic. Embarrassing.
Phumelela is unable to find a transaction that was done via VCS credit card transaction since 18 December. I have sent the info to Rebecca and responded once. Statement sent to Phumelela Service is about as pathetic as the SOE's queries. Still not sorted almost a month later ! I have now resorted that my bank recall the amount paid.
I have cancelled my account online (middle Feb already), gone into Cresta store where they got someone to phone me - i cancelled my account, received cancellation form, completed and emailed. Still in September i receive an invoice (and all months before). Admin is absolutely pathetic !!!!
