Unhappy client
After been with Idirect for more than 10 years, i m so disappointed with the service recently. Call never get answered, they will keep you on hold for an hour, they dont return call especially their retention division, useless. i tried to cancel my insurance but no respond from them, i was stuck on a road, i called them until my battery run out, still today, no one has come back to me but when it time to debit account, they dont miss.

Unhappy client and disappointed.
i dropped my car at the dealer to rectify fault code 029921, Mr Nigel was my adviser, i dropped the car from Wednesday the 8th and when i collected it the 13th January, the car still did not have power, He still charged me R5800 for diagnostic which i was initially told that diagnostic is R3000. The report shows the fault code but he said he was unsure , they will need to assess the car more and i will be charged for that, he mentioned lots of thing which i thought it was just a tactic to through me out and obviously rise the cost. I collected my car and took it to someone who fixed the with less than what i have already paid. I was so disappointed that mercedes benz could not fix their own vehicle and still got charged.

Refusal to gave back our deposit after our contract expired and we choose not to renew the contract at Okavango- Lion Pride.
Thuto Lethoba and Pinky are the rudeness people i have ever dealt with, Central development should review how the employ people especially if that person is going to deal or interact with people. For Thuto to even threaten us via email which i have evidence of that, its sad. Pinky refused to gave me his superior contact detail as i wanted to escalate my problem. All we need is our deposit back, we did not terminate the contract but it expired and we dont want to extend, we even served our notice, send a notice to vacate on time. There is no valid reason not to gave us our deposit ,we have comp**** with all their requirement including maintenance of the property and cleaning before we vacate. I m very disappointed at Central Development (Okavango-Lion Pride) staff and their professionalism's.
