i did a deposit into my account with my card and i got a slip and a sms to say my money whent into my account but this morning i get a message saying my balance is -R437.11 i went to the bank and they say my money is pending so now all my debit orders will go out today and i have money in my account but it will come back unpaid and i will be charged extra for that . its not fair on me and who knows how many more people are having this problem
The driver of the truck was very very rude and blocked the road for 35 minutes and said that they have things to offload so its fine to block the road
The worst manager in the world Harding KFC has a very big problem they do not have a delivery area and they trucks block the way on every delivery .today the truck blocked the road for 35 minutes and when i asked the management to please ask the truck to move they told me they are offloading so they cannot move this is not kfc's roads and that is not acceptable .i want a apology from the manager for the very bad way he spoke and for him to take control of his store
I have bought a phone for my wife from pep store in harding in the middle of February and the side button stopped working in less than a month i was in durban at the time so when i got back i sent it in at first they made every excuse in the book and then unhappily took it in for repairs and told me that it will take 1 to 2 months to come i called in today and they told me no it takes 3 to 5 months i am very unhappy with the unprofessional service and can see that pep will say anything to make a sale but **** keep their word if i could i would rate them 1 out of 1000
<p>On the 31 of may i put a request to cancel 2 of my telkom lines my lines where not cancelled and i since called in 4 times now my account is hander over to the lawyers and they expect me to pay till January 2017 the staff dont know what is happening and i dont have the money to pay now they are telling me they will black list me and it is not my fault i have 1 line with them and i think I will most probably be canceling that one as well </p>
for the passed 3 months telkom has messed my bills.on the 6th of november 2015 i was charged Installation fees on a package that had free installation i phoned in and they said they will credit me .on the 6th of december my bill was not credited after a few days they suspended all 3 of my lines when i phoned in and they told me the system only updated after . i asked them about reconnection fees as i was not responsible for all telkoms mistakes.they told me i will not be charged and if they do charge me i should phone in .on the 6th of january 2016 i was charged for reconnection i phoned telkom and they opened a dispute and told me that i must pay the full amount or my lines will be suspended .i cannot afford to pay reconnection for 3 lines and im not suppose to it is telkoms problem and telkom needs to sort it out as a customer i should not need to phone in at all but in the last 3 months i have phoned in over 10 times im very upset that when i phone in to telkom the staff only say they cannot do anything about it
