Excellent variety of products. Reasonable prices. Exceptional service from most of the staff. The place is a bit cramped. Also I think that perhaps shop needs to cater for the disabled. We often never think about those. Forever all in all a great one stop shop.
Poor Poor service. Lack of communication. No progress on my withdrawal request. Even my financial advisor on my contract is just as terrible with communication. Every call that I have made to the contact center ends with a call back promise which is NEVER fulfilled. I am left in suspense even though all procedures have been followed from my end. I think it is time to move my money to another institution.
I got transferred to this insurer through an insurer that I had before. I trusted that this would be fine as the previous insurer provided good service. Then came the day where I needed road side assistance. All the numbers provided on the brochure are incorrect. The document direct you to a non existent app. The roadside assistance number directed you to a trauma unit for HIV.... Like helloooo ***. So naturally I request for this bogus policy to be canceled. Guess what... Continuous debit orders.reference numbers are changed to force the debit order. Now I'm still struggling to cancel... Even through the complaints department. I shudder to think what would have happened if I were to claim in an accident scenario....
I registered my son to study a course at Damelin. What a HUGE mistake. It all began with a lack of service from the word go. I struggle to get ahold of anyone who can assist in the organisation. It seems that the only way contacted by Damelin, is when you are late with payments. Then you will receive attention religiously. The institution got de registered and I got my son join another institution. Naturally to inform Damelin, I delayed payment. I therefore informed Damelin that I will be taking my son to another institution and he won't be coming back for the second semester. I then was advised to send an email confirming the above. The consultant also confirmed that as long as I have informed Damelin of my intentions, then the remaining second semester fees would not apply. Instructions were followed, but now guess what. I am getting calls from a Oveshni Kanavathy, from the National Credit Recovery Agency and emails threatening Legal Action. The school has been deregistered, but they continue to operate in a confused manner as the amount that have also been indicated to me differ from what their so called statement looks like. It seems that the absolutely no one knows what they are doing and their only purpose is to seek funds in a dubious way.
On 29 June 2014, I applied for a loan with FNB as I would be travelling overseas at short notice. So I applied for a loan in advance so that I have enough time for travel arrangements.<br> On 30 June I called the bank to follow up. I was told I would have to await for a consultant to call me back as my application was in progress. Later on during the day a consultant named Mbali called but the call got cut off and she just did not bother return the call, even after I indicated that I would still like the loan. I applied again online on the 1st of June - No response. I followed up on the 2nd and a call centre agent named Maphitsi refused to help saying that Mbali would help. This was strange to me because he mentioned that he could not see Mbali in the office. After many pleas he promised to call back and will get Mbali to call me. After he called to confirm that the ever elusive Mbali would call me...as sceptical as I was that Mbali would ever call back...I was proven right as of course she did not call back... Pathetic service for a bank who I used to praise to friends. I swallow my words and eat a DISGUSTED pie.
