Always no connectivity, the speed test is always on 0 if not 6. You are always referred to the so called tech specialist by the name of Alrin who is clueless. I done with rain.
****mers, I made an order for my so and recieved an email with a ref. I called them to inquire about my order progress no one answers the phone and there is no reply on my emails.
Awful service, I stay 2 meters away from the network tower. They do not invest in their infrustracture while we are paying a lot of money on a monthly basis. You cannot use the wifi after 6 pm during the week, and on weekends the network does not work at all.
I made a payment in the MNT Wonderboom branch on 30/12/2023 , I was assisted by Kgomotso Malete. I then went to the Centurion branch to make a payment on 31/01/2024 I was then told than my account is in arears for the December month. The Centurion branch manager loggen a ticket for the payment to be allocated on my account. MTN then suspended my line claiming that my account is in arreas. I then called the 135 number and I was told to go back to the store where I made a payment for them to allocate my payment, but no one answers the phone when Icall the branch. Even the branch manager at the Centurion branch by the name of Sazi Mkhutshwa puts my calls on hold till I hangup. MTN declined to cancel my contract alluding that it is in arears.
I compalianed about Dstv multichoice last week regarding the compact plus special of R470.00 for three months and my query has not being resolved my balance still shows that i need to pay R588.00. I want to know where does this R588.00 come from.
I received and e-mail and followed by an sms soliciting me to upgrade from compact to compact plus at a discounted rate of R470 for a period of three months. I then took the offer on the 23rd of June. I was then told by a consultant that i engaged with via WhatsApp to pay R34.00 and it will be followed by the agreed R470.00. To my surprise i have noticed that i'm supposed to pay R588. I then called the Randburg brach and after a consultant made me hold the line for 12 minutes i was promised that my matter will be resolved within 48 hours and i'm still waiting. Multichoice is useless.
