A few months ago we purchased multiple Bosch kitchen equipment. This included a dishwasher and gas hob. We had gas installed for the hob. When the hob was being installed, the specialist informed us that the hob was not working properly. This problem was reported to Hirschs who insisted that we send them the COC before anything can be done to fix the problem. We got the COC and had the hob removed by a specialist. We then physically returned the gas hob with the COC to Hirschs. They were meant to communicate with Bosch and resolve the problem. A few weeks later we are still waiting. The dishwasher we discovered was also faulty. Hirschs was meant to organise for Bosch to come to us and assess / fix it. Nothing has happened. This has been going on since November without any resolution. Hirschs, it would seem does not care about resolving the situation!
On more than 1 occasion I have emailed a file to be printed. I have arrived for collection and nothing was done. I had to wait for the files to be printed. Very bad customer service.
Using the services of DC Experts is definitely one of the worst financial decisions I have ever made. There are multiple examples for me to use, below are just a few. I made extra payments to my creditors to speed up the process. These didn't reflect on my statement. After enquiring, I was informed that it was my responsibility to inform them DC Experts of any extra payments made. Another example. My accounts were all paid up in December 2024. I received my Clearance Letter in December 2024. Shortly thereafter, I started receiving phone calls informing me that my name is listed with the credit bureaus and enquired if I require assistance clearing it. Initially I ignored them. After a few months, I followed up with one of my creditors and discovered that my name still listed as under debt review. I raised the situation with DC Experts and received no response or assistance to resolve it. July 2025 has come and is nearly gone. I am still waiting for my name to be cleared with the credit bureaus. This situation has negatively impacted my life in multiple ways.
At the end of 2023, we converted our ADSL to fibre via Mweb. There are multiple problems. Initially we are not receiving the correct speed. Secondly the monthly fee went up significantly. The monthly fee was confirmed at R500. Then was increased to R800. The explanation was the lower rate was an "opening special". But when the R500 was quoted, the Mweb employee said on the call that the R500 was for the duration of the contract.

Hi,

I have a Regent policy to cover my car payments in case I was retrenched etc.

The company I was employed by went into liquidation end of 2016.

My car was financed through Nedbank. I went into Nedbank to make a claim on my policy. They informed me that I need to contact Regent directly.

I am still struggling to get my car payments resolved via the policy. Amongst other requests (delay tactics in my opninion) they are now requesting that I send them my letter of appointment (which I have already done) and other documents which they should have on record from when I took out the policy.

We are now heading towards March. I will probably start working before they actually pay me out on the policy.

About 2 years ago I received a Philips mens shaver as a gift. About a year it broke so I took it to the shop where it was purchased. It was then sent to the agent. After a few weeks the agent informed the shop of purchase to give me a new one. Now about a year later my new one has also stopped working. As it had a 2 year warranty I took it back to the shop of purhcase. Following procedure they sent my shaver to the agent. After a few weeks they returned my shaver to the shop of purchase. The shop contacted me and told me that my shaver had been returned to them unrepaired. The reaason for this was that my 2 year warranty from the 1st one had expired. If every new shaver comes with a 2 year warranty what makes this situation any different?
