Don't support Hyperlink
Bought Goose Down Pillows and Received 2 pillows not labeled and very hard to the touch. HYPERLINK will not take back the product which is not as advertised.

FIRSTSHOP refusal to accept back unused Cartridges bought Jan "23" Printer failed.
I have been a customer of FIRSTSHOP for many years, buying printer cartridges. I bought four HP655 Genuine Cartridges Jan 2023. My printer "retired" and is irreparable. I have asked if I could exchange 3 of the 4 for cartridges for a new printer which I likely would have purchased from them. This was REFUSED. Sadly our long time business may have to be terminated.

GEBERIT ....no service contacts.
I tried to get Service for our Geberit Toilets. The number directs one to leave a message. I have done this TWICE over the last +/-3 weeks , leaving details of fault and contact particulars with no reply at all. There used to be a personal service and I am surprised that this international company has such poor response,

MIELE VINDICATED
We recently had to replace the second fridge handle of a freezer fridge combo within and 18/12 period. I had written an uncomplimentary review about how this was handled and what we were going to be charged. This produced a rapid and very satisfactory result from the head of service management, Charlene Rheeder who called personally apologisng for the way the situation was handled and who said the part would be replaced at no cost. This renewed our faith in Miele.

MIELE’s defective fridge and freezer handles.
We have an expensive fridge /freezer combo. In Jan 2021 the freezer handle broke of and was replaced at a cost of almost R3000 Last week the fridge handle broke off…….both a metal fracture. We are an elderly couple and nobody else uses the fridge. Again the cost close to R3000 The JHB office admitted the part has a design fault. I think it disgraceful that the customer has to foot the bill for this. Is Miele a reputable firm. ? We need a refund . No car manufacturer would get away with this attitude.

Customers number Summarily blocked after 18 years
COULD NOT DOWNLOAD VODAMAIL. <br> MESSAGE POP UP SAID PASSWORD WAS INCORRECT.<br> ON VISITING A VODACOM SERVICE CENTRE WAS TOLD THAT MY NUMBER IS NOW BLOCKED.<br> IN ORDER TO UNBLOCK THIS I HAVE TO FIND MY ORIGINAL CONTRACT NUMBER GIVEN 18 YEARS AGO AMONGST OTHER THINGS, AFFIDAVITS, FICA ETC.<br> <br> I HAVE NOT USED THE NUMBER AS I HAVE SUFFERED ILL HEALTH SINCE JUNE<br> <br> COULD THIS, SO CALLED , SERVICE ORIENTED COMPANY NOT HAVE WARNED ME, SMS, EMAIL PHONECALL..?
