I dealt with Chantell earlier today and I really need to commend her for going out of her way to be of assistance to me. I phoned Citiq last week and not one of those consultants were able to assist me. Long story short…..I had tenants leasing a property of mine. They went over to another company without my knowledge. I’ve now been trying to purchase prepaid water but I was unable to. Chantell promised to do a key change on my behalf as I do not know where the tenant has relocated me. Hopefully I’ll be back with Citiq through the assistance of Chantell.
This is the 2/3rd review of Cartrack. After an initial 2 complaints a technician worked on 26 August 2025. After the technician worked on the problem for about 3 hours I could see the camera working. This morning I tried to activate the camera. The usual response on again said the video was inactive. My concern for for my wife using the vehicle currently. I phoned Cartrack and a gentleman assisted me and he also saw the vehicle was moving, but that the video camera was inactive. This is so frustrating of a company that claims to be reputable. I would not recommend this Company to anyone.
I’m totally disgruntled with the service that I’m getting from this service provider. The camera in my car is not working, CA 91758 “video inactive “ CA 51153 current location is totally incorrect.
I’m having endless problems with the camera that has been installed in my vehicle. It seems that I’m pouring money into a bottomless pit with the debit order that goes off and I’m not getting any value from Cartrack. Earlier today I spoke to Shane who was fantastic in getting me linked up. A short while later everything reverted to @video inactive and standby video off. I wish that I could just pull out of this contract. Totally frustrating. After losing the video again I spoke to Lungile and I’ve now been informed that a technician will schedule an appointment with me. I just wish that Cartrack could remove the camera and dump it into the deep blue sea. Absolutely useless
I had a short term policy with iDirect which I cancelled on the 15 April 2025. Despite my timeous cancellation a debit order still went off for the 25 April as well as for the 25 May. Fortunately I reversed the debit order that went off for the 25 June 2025. I sent the Company an email on the 15 April informing them of my cancellation of the policy. Subsequent to the note of the 15 April I sent them emails on 27 June, 04 July, 12 July as well as today 15 July. Each time I get a response that my request for a reimbur*****t is being channelled to the the relevant department, but it just doesn’t seem to be reaching the relevant department. I’m now becoming increasingly frustrated with iDirect. Their inactivity is now bordering on frustration. I sent iDirect a note on
Good experience that I had with Anathi. She was very helpful in guiding me through the process.
I was admitted on the 25 June inst. I was met by a friendly and knowledgeable receptionist. She allayed any feelings of anxiety that I may have displayed. The young man who accompanied me to Cedar ward is also a wonderful ambassador who would do the hospital proud. I think that his name was “Caleb”. The nurse in Cedar, who admitted me I think that she was “Athem”(sic). She instilled in me a sense of calmness as she went about explaining everything to me. Yes, there was a pronunciation problem with her coming from Congo, but she knew what nursing is and should be all about. The cherry on the cake for me was Ntombi who to my mind went beyond the call of duty. She frequently checked up on us in Ward 10 and nothing was too much for her. Ntombi displayed the wonderful virtues of what the nursing profession should be all about. Her other colleagues here in Cedar can take a leaf out of her book. Ntombi espouses the core values of a Florence Nightingale. Others, may take nursing as a job, Ntombi embraces it as a calling. The Night Sr was friendly and she displayed a cheerful disposition. To my mind she displayed what humility in nursing is all about. I had a simple request and instead of asking a nurse-aid lower down in rank. When I asked her, she spoke so profoundly by saying, irrespective of the rank displayed on her epaulettes she is a nurse. With the staff mentioned above the profession would be much richer if all could consider it a vocation and not just another job.
I had an appointment with Clicks Okavango for the flu vaccine at 09h15 today. I got there at 09h00 and to my disappointment I was informed that they ran out of stock. I would assume that the onus would have been on them to inform me. I definitely won’t use Clicks Okavango in a hurry.
I returned a call to the Cartrack scheduling department because of the technical problem I’m having with my camera system. The gentleman I spoke to at about 10h45 was totally inefficient. I mentioned that he should call me back because I was running out of airtime. Eventually I hung up. I phoned Cartrack again at approximately 11h35. I think I spoke to Lebogang. I requested a callback. His response was that they cannot make outgoing calls. How can Cartrack schedule appointments if they cannot make outgoing calls, yet the called me from Cartrack Scheduling department. I’m totally disappointed to use a mild word. Since the camera was installed about three weeks ago I’ve had endless problems, in that I couldn’t monitor the vehicle from my phone.
