Withdrawal of funds a nightmare.
Trying to withdraw funds for a week. I deposited my funds using a bank card and it was accepted, now I tried to withdraw using the same card out of the blue it is not accepted. I gave an alternative card and out fo the blue no funds are available in the wallet which is not true. This withdrawal experience is the worst I have ever had. PLEASE HELP.0 replies

They continously turn off security scanning on the app. Orders were slow to load on the app and sometimes resulting in plcing two orders. I stopped using the app and moved to meta trader and found my positions closed when I logged back in. Shady practices.0 replies

Misleading ads, it was the whole unit but only sent me a button of the unit. Trying to return it so atleast I can get the correct button but the site is not simple to navigate to returns ie this option I can not find it.0 replies

Poor service at Maslow Sandton
Very poor service, booked a table they tell us we didn't book. Finally got a table and service was slow and terrible. Literally put outside out of site out of mind. And we were guests at the hotel. Never staying here again.0 replies

they are running a scam, looks very very legit. They advertise on instagram about the vacations and supply you with fake credentials, once you pay you need those credentials to complete your booking. They vanish with your money.0 replies

Fraudulent bizlaunch account with my address
the bank has for the second time, even after raising a complaint about it, sent me a letter of a bizlaunch account bearing my address. I made multiple calls to their call centre and no conclusive answer was given as to why my address is on an account which I have not opened. I see it as fraudulent because I have not applied for this account ever with this bank or any other bank. there is no decent response and recognizing that the bank is wrong.1 reply

bank account frozen because proof of res went missing in the account's profile
I opened an account at the bank with my ID and my proof of address, suddenly seven months down the line my account profile no longer has my proof of address linked to it, it was deleted and as a result my account was frozen. this was done to the banks staff wrong doing and it negatively affects me. the strange thing about it is that I have other accounts but they decided to delete the proof of residence from the account where I transact. to top it off I receive in the mail a bizlaunch account with my address fraudluntly used. informing the bank and nothing was done about it.2 replies
