Please advise how does one make contact with a consultant, when calling 081 180, I get the call canceled on me and a whatsapp chat sent to me. This happens on all channels I try to reach out to them on. That's crazy I've logged a formal complaint with Icasa this is not how a company deals with their customers.
Good Day MultiChoice staff, Here is my issue simply put; My DSTV decoder stopped working end of January 2023. I purchased a new Decoder and installed it on the 2nd February. The decoder came with a free month's of access to the compact package. Issue: When activating the new decoder we communicated all of this to the agent, provided serial numbers etc. Decoder got activated easily enough and a request for refund was logged. Since then we've spent the equivalent of 3 hours in telephone calls with your agents getting this resolved. But it still isn't. Here is the persons I spoke to: Most recently it was Pamela in your contact center, she "apparently" logged a call to your billing department to resolve this, I was told to wait 48 hours and that was 2 weeks ago from today - No one called. Then I called and spoke Fi***o, I asked to speak to his manager. His Manager Dinesh was to busy to talk to me, apparently with HR related matters. I was under the impression customers take preference but apparently not to your line managers. Not one of them ever feels the need to speak to your customers. Time and date of call 6pm 02 March 2023. I requested from Fi***o that Dinesh please listen to the history of my calls and to please, please call me back. It's the 8th today, so Dinesh must still be busy with HR business. Now, you can call me and resolve all this amicably or not by calling me and explaining why all your processes are failing. Alternatively I can cancel my package, it is only 430 Rands. Your type of services are very much available via alternative methods. With providers that know how to run a contact center because their customers are important. Thanks to whoever read this an a even bigger thanks to you, "IF" you going to use this information to **** out the corrupt individuals in your organization, looting your company of a salary with little to no end product.
I Purchased a JVC 32" Curved LED TV via Takealot. A year later shortly after the warranty had expired I called to advise them of an issue with the TV. They referred me to the supplier of the TV saying they not the seller. I called the "Seller" who obviously wouldn't assist because the warrant had passed. I say okay give me a number of someone (technician) who can assist. The number I was given by a very rude sales manager, just keeps ringing after calling for a week on end. I've logged a complaint on Takealot to have the TV removed because there is multiple complaints on their websites review section for customers having exactly the same issue. Issue - 1 year later TV stops playing images. Takealot still has the TV on sale and no one is coming back to me to advise how to have this television fixed. Had i bought this at Dion wired they would have repaired it for me with a cost.
Please don't send your car to Bosch service station, they will take your car for joyrides. I was told my car needed was still being repaired only to find out they knocked my car and were stalling so that they could have it repaired. Disgusting service and the owner wont even call me. 3 days and waiting.
