We are once again experiencing the exact same issue we had last year with an MWEB email account that can be used to log into the MWEB portal, but cannot be accessed via email because the password is reported as incorrect. Last year, after numerous failed support calls, we eventually reached someone who actually investigated the issue properly and resolved it. Unfortunately, we are now facing the same problem again. My business partner has spent over 24 hours on support calls with MWEB, being repeatedly told that the email account is “active” — despite the fact that it clearly is not working. We are currently on hold for over 2.5 hours, after initially being told there were 7 callers ahead of us, and for the last 30 minutes the system has been saying “you are next in line” with no progress. This level of support is unacceptable, especially for a business-critical service. We are not asking for guesswork or scripted responses — we need someone who is willing to properly investigate and fix the actual problem. Please escalate this matter to a competent technical team member who can resolve it properly, as this ongoing failure is impacting our business operations. We expect urgent feedback and a permanent solution.
I’ve been using Colin Southey Auto for over two decades, and the service has always been outstanding. Every car I’ve owned has been maintained by Colin, and over the years I’ve sold them with extremely high mileage, yet they remained reliable thanks to proper, consistent servicing. Colin is honest, trustworthy, and upfront about what needs attention and what doesn’t. No unnecessary work, just quality workmanship and integrity — which is rare these days. I wouldn’t take my vehicles anywhere else.
Oh, bravo to the silver Toyota genius with the license plate LJ64VH GP! I must commend your stellar driving skills—or serious lack thereof I'll generously grant you the benefit of the doubt for my first encounter. A silver Toyota with www.halfwaytoyota.com pulled off a daring U-turn on the flipping Polokwane highway. I missed the number plate but what’s the odds of two of you! Then, in the roadworks section, you showcased your Formula 1 ambitions, racing against a poor African chap with a clapped-out bakkie who needed to merge into our lane . The anticipation, the thrill! Spoiler alert: you had to slam on the brakes because, surprise, you're not as quick as you thought. And then tailgating the guy that had no were to go. At Pumulani, you attempted a cut-in that even a kindergarten kid would find daring. Do your indicators have commitment issues, or did your Toyota model come with them as an optional extra? Maybe you're just too *********** to use them. But hey, you had half a car space, and that's practically a red carpet invitation, right? No wonder I, the heroic blue Mazda CX5 driver, finally lost my cool and took you to task. Someone had to do it! And let's talk about your car issues, shall we? The inconsistent pacing and occasional burst of 160 km/h—impressive! It's like your Toyota has a mind of its own, or maybe a stuck accelerator. You might want to send it in for inspection. Safety first, after all. Dear Toyota Halfway Honeydew, please take this complaint seriously. If my employees drove like this, I'd either send them for retraining or reconsider their employment status. High-speed acrobatics on the road may be entertaining for them, but for the rest of us, it's a one-way ticket to someone getting hurt, or even doing it to a driver prone to road rage, like this country is known for, could cause a PR nightmare for Toyota. I insist that you address this matter promptly and appropriately. I expect a formal apology from the driver to myself and other road users that he put at risk with his reckless driving. Regards, Gavin
I am writing this review to express my profound frustration with the persistent internet connectivity problems I've endured as a Cool Ideas customer for the past six months. These issues have compelled me to share my experience with fellow consumers. In summary: Despite lodging numerous complaints, my internet connectivity problems remain unaddressed. Cool Ideas' responses have been consistently disappointing, offering only generic apologies and vague assurances without delivering real solutions. The situation is further aggravated by the fact that Vuma is the exclusive backbone fiber provider in our area, leaving us with no alternative for internet service. Regrettably, I've reached a point where I've ceased reporting shorter outages as I find their empty apologies to be patronizing. Unless my concerns are resolved within a reasonable timeframe, I may be left with no choice but to explore alternative options, including taking this issue to various social media platforms and news/media outlets. My foremost objective is straightforward: to receive the reliable internet connection that I'm paying for. I've made numerous attempts to communicate with Cool Ideas, only to be met with ongoing frustration and disappointment. Even shorter outages, which I've chosen to endure in silence due to the lack of effective responses, continue to disrupt my daily life. I am posting this review with the sincere hope that Cool Ideas takes immediate and effective action to address this persistent issue. By sharing my experience, I aim to raise awareness among other consumers in our area regarding the challenges we face due to the lack of viable alternatives. Together, we can advocate for a resolution to this situation.

Adding to the frustration, Vuma is the only backbone fiber provider in our area, leaving us with no alternative for internet service.
