How does it take vodacom over 3 months to correct a billing issue and to top it all, they score zero on communications!! A communications company!!!!
Truly *********** at sorting out billing issues. 3 months and counting.
Inept Account Department which after 2 years of debiting my current account revert back to debiting my previous bank account. I now have a bad mark on my name for unpaid debits and costs from the returned debits.
Purchased a cake which i only saw when I got home that rhe sell by date was rhe previous day. I emailed the store and got no response.
In my dealings with medical aid brokers, EB Solutions has by far been the most pathetic in terms of customer service. They do not respond to messages nor do they assist with medical aid processing. They should be reviewed and taken to task.
Checkers showd me a deal for R999 as opposed to the deal of R1699 which I ended up paying. I logged a complaint and the response was that the offer was not allocated to me. I have now seen the offer advertised for me again at R999.
MTN Soneike is the worst MTN store I have ever visited. The staff is rude, passive aggressive and ***********.

Bonitas should not be a medical aid anyone considers joining! They take your money and then ***** up your accounts so as to not pay the service provider!
