Hi James, Where do I begin? I have never even thought of the reality of my home being invaded, it was the most traumatic experience for both myself, my children and specifically my nanny, however, your extremely friendly, efficient and professional service made it a breeze to get through the worst, not only were you ontop of everything and kept in constant contact with me, you made me feel comfortable and super proud of being a Miway client. My previous experience with Miway when I claimed the last time, wasn't the way I had expected it to be, after being threatened by Miway of losing my insurance....however, you have restored trust in the service I pay for, you didn't only offer a service, you went above and beyond. Your service was impeccable! By the way, your advice on insurance for me was extremely helpful, I have increased my home content insurance thanks to you. I have never had a good experience buying a car...until i went to Cargo Motors, Oh my soul....test drove the car, applied and delivered in 24hours, they even offered to do cosmetic work on the car now, and gave me the most beautiful loan car, might i add, before i bought the car, they made these arrangements, and keep on adding to the list of favors that normal car dealers NEVER offer. I am so upset and disappointed with Standard Bank right now, i could scream, I want to make sure that the public knows there personal details are def not SAFE! Standard Bank sent my exact balance on my personal account to a stranger, meaning to a number not on my profile. No one EVER gave them permission to send any of my personal details, let alone my personal bank account balance to anyone other than me. I have been on the phone with Standard Bank for most of this morning, being sent to one after the other department, and everyone says they cant help me, spoke to Jamiel Frazenurg and Theo in the transnational department and spoke to customer care, and when i asked Theo to put me through to the RIGHT department, he dropped the phone. This is very unprofessional, and its a huge risk for me, i have lost all my trust in my bank to keep my information personal and protected. I will definitely take this to further, i will not allow Standard Bank to throw around my personal details to everyone. PATHETIC!

Wow, we have been traveling for business for years now... This guest house has been by far, the best ever, all you need to bring is your clothes...and some food...the hostess Margaret has been ONE amazing Hostess, and goes above and beyond to offer a service never offered by any guest house we have been... Welldone... No matter the price or promise any guest house offers, this guest house most definitely offers more than you expect!!! Welldone!!!!

I received an email from “Healing Academy” (Ms Elle Baker) on 4/7/2019 saying “I hope that you are well. Thank you for your review on Hellopeter.com. I will investigate this matter today and should I find ANY discrepancies my lawyer will contact you for defamation of character of the company’s name. Jaco give me a quick run down on your complaint and why we cannot give you a refund. HOWEVER I will investigate this matter in-depth and give you feedback at my earliest convenience. It has been almost a week since my complaint on Hellopeter and Healing Academy made no further contact with me. In light of the fact that I have been waiting for so many months to receive responses to my enquiries, and in light of the fact that this academy was my hope to better myself, and with yet another disappointment, I have had no alternative but to report this to the Consumer Council under the Consumer Protection Act. What will it take for the academy to do what is right??
The worst service I have ever experienced! I am extremely disappointed and unhappy with the "service" that i paid for, and requested a full refund of my "studies" I called them yesterday, explaining my frustration, and they promised to give me feedback today, i then called them again today, where they promised to speak to the MD immediately regarding my refund. First of all, my manuals only arrived almost at the end of my hotstone course, which was totally unacceptable. then... I have not had ANY feedback from my EMAIL enquiries, no one advised me of all the contact people at Healing Hands leaving, I dealt with numorous when i applied and paid for my hotstone course, i wasn't happy with the classes, each class was about 1hour long, and requested catch up classes after that, for months, no one got back to me on email or whatsapp, and every time i called, promises was made to sort this out..... Eventually their offices arranged a catch up session, in Centurion, no one followed up with me to see if everything was okay, i got to the training facility, where i called the facilitator and people from your offices, sent messages, no response, no one opened the gate for over an hour and a half, i stood in front of the building by myself, waiting for someone to open and help me, eventually i left, their office was well aware of my whereabouts that day, i stayed in contact....Travelling from Johannesburg all the way to Centurion, just to be ignored, just wasn't fair financially. Then i started arranging catch up again with their offices but this never happened, i emailed everyone at Healing Hands, sent Whatsapp messages to everyone i knew at Healing Hands since March, no one is responding or getting back to me? I also applied for the Nutritionist course after my "3 Hours" Hotstone practicals, and paid in full, but i have not received ANY response regarding my queries on this course as well???? I had to rush to pay in full for services that has not been given to me. I trusted these people with my hard earned money, choosing to study through them to enable me to support my family, and this is the treatment I get. I know for a fact that I am not the only one that is being I'll treated, I will not leave this matter here!!!! I want a full refund for both my fully paid courses courses ASAP.
