I used to frequent this casino a lot more and scaled down. I was downgraded from my Black Diamond status to a "Jack" - why - because spending all this money to obtain a black diamond card - my biggest win was R5000 - now I go just once a week and guess what: it still is not paying anything. I bet R5 a spin mostly and R1000 is always gone in a matter of minutes. This place is ******* and previously when you used to play the slots you would here the machines play the jackpot songs that play during "mini-jackpot" and jackpot pay-outs. You don't hear this anymore - ever - I have personally not had a song in months. You go in - spend R1000 to R2000 per visit - you are only there for 30 minutes then your money is gone and you can't even collect points because you loose so quickly. I want to start taking videos and posting this place on Tiktok on how quickly you just loose. I wish someone will take you to court. And FYI - your old black diamond customer that spent thousands of rands at your rent paying restaurants - I've stopped going, because you also don't pay on Friday nights either. I dare anyone to walk the floor there - less than 2% of people are winning anything - everyone just complaining. Machines that are *** and have taken tens of thousands, maybe over hundreds of thousands. 1) The worst being the tiger machines on either side of the entrances inside the Prive 2) The coin collector on Smoking - it ****ing definitely only collects all your coins and then some and then 3) the Triple Nutty jackpot R1 machines. I have spinned millions of times on those and never gotten a decent return. 4) the 50 cent machines outside prive - they used to be stunning - paying a jackpot every week -now they just take your money and not give anything!! Even if you take my money - at least let me play a bit, isn't it your motto to entertain? there is ****-all entertaining just putting money in a machine and in 5 minutes its gone. Also - stop this **** where you have draws and lucky wins and your stage and spin to wins etc. We are paying for this. Rather let your machines pay more!
I am disappointed with Netstar. I have been a loyal customer for many years. I had my Netstar in my Ford Ranger, I decided after 4 years to upgrade my Ford Ranger and bought a new one. On the 2nd May, I called the call centre and explained - I am happy with Netstar, please install a new one in my new vehicle as I was going to collect my new bakkie the next day. I was promised a call back the same day to make the arrangements - this never happened - my ref number for this call is CAS-7781233-X1T1. I then decided that they probably have too much business and they don't need mine anymore, so I proceeded with Tracker, arranged through my dealership, and they installed the tracking device the morning that I was supposed to collect my vehicle. On the morning of the 3rd of May, I sent a request to cs@netstar.co.za to please proceed to cancel my current Netstar. I received a reply that this will be done with ref number CAS-7789950-H8M4. A week later I receive a notification that my battery has been disconnected on my old Ford Ranger. It was never cancelled. So after calling and being ignored, mailing and being ignored I called again and had to through my toys and finally only got cancelled on the 9th May(why did it have to come to this?) Netstar - this is poor! I could have stayed your customer but the complete apathy from your staff have turned me against you and I will never use your services again!
Do not play Sojo Bomb. **** game has cost me thousands. Load money and gone in seconds. Can the gaming board please audit them? I did try and log a complaint with Lottostar but they say its just bad luck. Thhe gambling law stipulates that when you complain, the complaint is supposed to be logged and investigated.
Not sure what is going on in this place anymore - I am a black card holder - spent hundreds of thousands of Rands there and biggest win ever was only R5000 - Prive does not pay at all. You can draw R2000 and spend it in 30 minutes without winning. This never used to be like this. Something changed here late last year. Also took away the 50 cent machines on the main floor that was so popular and replaced it with these new type of "digital" machines. All the R1 machines on the main floor ALL linked together now - not so in the past - so your chances of winning a jackpot has been diluted. I am not happy - I spend R4000 a week there(well no more!) between my wife and myself and every time walk out feeling like the biggest looser. I am not asking to win the jackpot every time I walk in - but at least the opportunity to play and occasionally winning something. The joke is that this casino only pays a hand full of people - We are very frequent visitors and its quite obvious that is is always the same people, the same faces that are winning - true - they might be spending more than I do - but good luck in replacing my weekly 4K!
They are thieves - I initially had a month to month internet 4G subscription from them through 3rd party Cell C. The signal just died. They never informed me that they stopped doing business with Cell C and I had to go over to 3rd party Telkom. When the new Telkom router was delivered I had to return the Cell C router which I gave to the same guy from courier guy that delivered my Telkom router for return. Webafrica queried where my Cell C router was and I informed them of the same. They informed me that it had gone to the wrong address and they will get the router from Cell C. I however also cancelled my Telkom service with them as in my area Fibre was installed and I went with a different provider. I had my driver physically deliver the Telkom router back to their offices in Sandton. I now see on my bank statement WebAfica has taken R3998 from my account as they have never received any of my routers back according to them. It is very frustrating dealing with them - you hold forever and there is never any resolve, For anyone reading this - do not support this business - quick to take a buck but that is where it stops. I will also go to the police and report them for theft as I have the proof that both routers were returned.
I ordered a pizza through my receptionist in my company at 11:30 - she informed me she placed an order 5 minutes ago for other staff memebers. She called Debonairs in front of me and told them to add my pizza to the order. The delivery came at 12:00 and my pizza was not part of the delivery. She duly paid the driver for my pizza and he said he was just going back to the branch, fetching my pizza and bringing it. It is now 13:20 and no sign of my pizza or my money. I have called the branch and some lady said she will call me back. That didn't happen. I phoned again and spoke to Lucky - the manager whom also said he will call me back and did so after 5 minutes. He said he sent the driver and I will have my pizza soon. Still waiting! Hopeless, hopeless, hopeless!!!! To wait from 11:30 until 13:21 for one pizza! I don't even know if it is actually coming and the worst is it is paid for! Never again!
