After inquiring about the B.Sc Robotics I was told by my student advisor that I can make yearly payments which will have the additional benefit of a 2% discount and the graduation fee waived. After making the necessary arrangements to pay upfront yearly, I was informed that due to an error on the side of the University I can no longer pay yearly upfront and only pay my studies in full or monthly. The attitude towards the situation is "take it or leave it, we don't really care and we don't really need your money". I was left with no choice but to bul**** into taking the latter.
I would like a representative from Supersonic to contact me regarding the constant connection and speed related issues I am experiencing to get to the bottom of these issue. I am currently working remotely and furthering my studies online and can not meet my deadlines due to the poor service received (from support) and intermittent connection issues. I can not afford to miss work deadlines and assignments due to poor workmanship.
Well done on Supersonic and Catherine for exceeding my expectations on just how terrible Supersonic really is. I’ve signed up a more than a month ago and my line is still not active. I’m canceling my order and shifting to another provider.
Deeply disappointed with the service from getWorth. On the 13th of December I made an inquiry on a vehicle. I explained that I needed an OTP as I am self employed and will work through my banker. On the 14th I was pre-approved by MFC and was told to make contact with the dealership. I had to follow up every single day (phoning 3 times a daily at least) with getWorth to ask what the progress is on their side. I was told that I had to submit my paperwork, which I already uploaded to MFC’s portal. After that I had to follow up again to which I received a reply I had to submit another statement. I only received feedback this morning that my finance has been approved. Now the real issue starts with the fact that on my initial contact with getWorth I inquired about vehicle delivery to JHB and I made it very clear that I would like to receive the vehicle before the 1st of January. I was informed today that the sales representative went on leave, leaving me with no point of contact. I made contact with the sales manager and she informed me that the vehicle can’t be delivered and the reason for the delay is due to the fact that I approached MFC directly, she also mentioned that whenever a client does their own financing, getWorth does not get involved. Does this mean the moment an offer gets to getWorth they don’t make work of it, because this is clearly what I have experienced. I mentioned that I will be traveling to Cape Town in the new year and asked if I can be compensated in any manner for fuel as I will be driving two vehicles back up to Gauteng to which the manager said no. I’m sure if I approached a different dealership they would be accommodating, but instead the manager shifted all the blame to the customer and told the customer they do not get involved once a customer approaches a finance house and the delay is my fault and also my fault that the vehicle can’t be shipped. Deeply disappointed.
Manager had a bad attitude towards us, after we had a request. Will never recommend the restaurant again.
