Worst service ever, my parcel has been with them since 27 March. I have been calling daily, a few times a day, sending emails, every time I am on hold for 20+ minutes or the call cuts out. Lies I have been told on the phone: A manager will call you Someone will call you back You wont be disconnected Your parcel is out for delivery today between 3-5 No one was there for your parcel ALL lies, I have 24/7 security. This has been going on for 3 weeks. Deliver my parcel!
They use skynet which is the worst company in the world, and who never deliver the parcels. 1 month still waiting for my car license disc delivery You have no option on what courier to use, so rather stay away from the service
I haven’t used my healthcare and healthy food benefit much. But when I used it last month to get an apparent 30 percent off at baby city of my R2000 spend I found that I was never paid out When I questioned discovery they said it was paid out on their end. I send them screenshots of my miles statement and it never reflected my side Now waiting for feedback- will I ever get feedback? Have also asked them for a statement of all my payouts as I have never checked it before and clearly they need to be checked up on Why should I be the one checking up on them. Why is everything a fight with discover my just to get what you are meant to get in the first place
Discovery health do not pay for ante Natal classes like they claim to on their maternity benefits. They only cover a small portion of the fees: We can and do pay for ante-natal classes. We cover these up to a limit of 5 classes or R943.53. We have to set limits to make sure that the benefits remain sustainable for the scheme. There is no one in the country that will do it at their rates and when you question them Our decisions are not based on what we think healthcare professionals should charge for their services, but on what we know the Discovery Health Medical Scheme can afford to pay for those services without compromising the long-term sustainability of members' benefits and contributions. But yet they have massive 3 billion rand buildings in sandton and operating profits of over 460 million rand? But they don’t cover what they claim to cover in their brochures.
Be warned about this company! We sent our washing off in two tog bags- only 1 tog bag was returned. after over a month of chasing them for feedback they promised to refund me for the bag. It has now been nearly 6 weeks since then and the owner just won't process the payment. I need to call almost every second day and just get a whole bunch of lies or run arounds. They loose your stuff and their service is shocking. No one answers their phones, no one replies to emails. Owner David Shliefman who is well aware of the situation does not care about customers, return calls or do anything about. I will not stop until you return my bag or replace it David!
Just ****ty service. Trip got cancelled because of COVID. They then tell me they will give me a voucher to my account. What did I find out…. They subtracted almost half as a “fee”. Thieves trying to capsulise on the situation. Same thing happened with airline, and they were very happy to issue a voucher and a flight change at no cost. Choose them in future
Bought a vacuum with 3 -6 days delivery. 2 weeks later still sitting with no vacuum. Call centre agents can’t do anything. Keep escalating but no one ever gets back to me. Managers always in “meetings”
