Your incompetent and quite rude staff member Sharnel called me and was showed her lack of ethics, education or morals. Reconsider the level of education you require from your call center staff. Further to that she couldn't tell me how she got my number, which is contravention of the POPI act
I've been trying to cancel my useless MTN Business LTE deal because it barely works but have been struggling with these incompetent people for 4 months. These agents obviously have no idea how to handle a business service, so are they hired to fill a quota. I've provided all documentation and when queried, they play the stupid card. Maybe they aren't playing
Seriously incompetent people in your upgrade department. I chose to upgrade to an S20 Ultra on the 9th April and was told that I would be receiving the AKG headphones too. Mkaka didn't obviously have enough knowledge to complete an order and it wasn't processed. Called a few times again but spoke to people who were just as lost. Asked to speak to a manager but I'm still waiting. Logged a mail ticket and still no reply. My contact is ending and it seems Vodacom don't want to retain my contract.
How useless are the people at Telkom? I even logged a complaint here about no response you an online sales query where I was mailed that I was successful: Below is my complaint, I was given a copy and paste response and a reference number SM198604, which is useless as I was never contacted. I was sent a mail later that I had to re-apply online. I attempted that but was informed that I had already submitted a request. Do TELKOM staff even know how their own systems work. It just shows how inept the staff are at Telkom. Its a very bad reflection of the company. Can someone with some knowledge please respond and not give me some dumb generic response.

Hi. I logged a support ticket to enquire about purchasing the Smart Wireless Uncapped service and got the reference Support #896447. Francios Masuabi replied with a very uneducated generic response. Why bother having a mail support service if you do not even bother reading the contents. I sent two other mails with no further correspondence. This is pathetic service from Telkom as per the norm it seems. I don't want to spend two hours on the phone to get a hold of someone.
