Again dischem has removed points from my card and not refunded me my points. Cashiers and supervisors at the main till points of rynfield terrace for what they want. The cashier charged over charged my for an item and the supervisor went To go check the price. Before she came back with the relevant price for the item the cashier had deducted my points. They did not want to give me the shelf price for the item, the supervisor just changed the price in the shelf. I refused to take the item because I know what I saw on the shelf. I refused to take their increased price items and wanted my points place back on my profile. The supervisor lady said they will be returned to my profile. Still not received my points back. This is not the first time dischem has ****** my points with a total now of over R300 . Dischem are ******* and the staff do not respect or appreciate the customer.
Takealot has become very expensive lately, the price of some items at Takealot are mostly double the price you can get the same product at a local retailer. Some prices are still reasonable though.
Never take your car for service here. They damaged my clutch and say it was like that. They put silicon all over the vehicle even on the engine and it damages the black trim. Return twice to get the **** off the car. They even put the stuff on your windows. The service is pathetic then they want to blame the customer for everything. They can not even answer their phones they drop the calls four times .
Woolworths Northmead square Pathetic service - standing in the que to pay for over 15 minutes - new cashier comes along and only takes card - so people behind you get to go first - even though two customers were still waiting even an elderly lady. When you complain to the manager who is as far and lazy as can be - he laughs in your face. Never use this shop ever. And you call yourselves Woolworths
I ordered only a pap and gravy. Waited for almost an hour. People who placed orders after me were getting them first. This is the worst service delivery that could ever be experienced. I asked for the manager he was too busy to see me. Finally he came and then the pap and gravy was delivered. I asked for my money back. Why should I buy from this restaurant when they do not care about the customers. If I could rate 0 stars I would. They waste the persons time , one hour for pap and gravy
