I am very disappointed with this dealership, there is NO proud and trust is an issue, so this is concerning as this is Motus and they need to follow up on promises made to clients which they don't, just a mention

Look, i have been with Vodacom for many years since they started in SA. On black Friday last month November 2022 i decided to call upgrades at Vodacom to upgrade and update my accounts. So Debbie, no surname answered me and sold me 2 new contracts, but she neglected to tell me that when she offered a new samsung phone to me, that these days they come without chargers, second contact was promised to give my one number a new data package with extra 10gb streaming data, as i don't even see that made available on the app package, the reason for this review is that they are supposed to give you what they said they going to give you and make sure they disclose all details to you and what is included in the suppliers box. They to quick to do a deal and let you be. Not nice, but i still get good service from Vodacom. Just the sales people need to be checked
I am very upset, had a problem with this doggy parlour in Wonderboom Pretoria a year or longer and when i took my 2 x doggies back here in the beginning of June 2022 i had the same problem all over again, i have 2 x shnauzers and i gave the lady at the front spesific orders not to cut certain places in stead the groomers destroyed everything i did not wanted. The same issue as before, the groomers in the back behind closed doors gets the info from the front desk, but they don't follow the instructions,they destroyed my dogs, this was my last visit at this doggy parlour, sorry for the owners, but they seem like they not in control of the groomers. Sad day for business, never going back here.
I lost big with fraudsters in ABSA. I closed my account in around 2007 because of fraud. Still today fraudsters in ABSA is using the systems to pay people as pop are made and NO monies produces. I lost big time with ABSA when they opened my cheque account to let fraudsters claim monies from me to deposit fraudulent checks, indstead of me waiting for those cheques to clear like it used to, but not then because the monies was available immediately for myself to pay back the monies if the checks bounced. Somehow ABSA opened my account up to R50k that cheques can go through without me knowing if cheques was stollen that i will pay it back, no more waiting period, i lost R34k this way with interest at ABSA. I opened cases and nothing came of that instead the temp branch manager said to me that ABSA will use their attorneys so if i took it to go to the news pappers. But this was years ago. The reason i brought this up is because of fraudsters still using ABSA for fraud from inside ABSA till this day.
I need to report poor service from Clicks Mayville, she is the dispensary manager at the medicine department, she doesn't care about people recieving poor service from herself as she is slow and don't care about people waiting to be helped. She is giving the idea that she is irreplaceable, het name i think is Elize. She will not attend clients promptly and do things very slow. She is annoying the clients that needs to be helped. Please rectify this. Regards
