I took my vehicle for the normal service. They never call you to update the customer about the progress of the vehicle. Even if you left messages they never came back. As the customer you have to call their driver to collect you to pick up your vehicle. The last time I took my vehicle for the service I found that they were ready to leave while my vehicle keys were in the drawer of one of the consultants who never bothered to call me that the vehicle is ready. Their service is too bad.

It’s disappointing that within three months of my purchase with Motus Toyota Nelspruit I already made two complaints First it was a windshield on my 2023 Toyota starlet sales person is Trevor Smith they made me drive all the way to PG glass only to find that they new about the windscreen because guys from PG glass said the was a rasin on the chip which clearly means the windshield was worked on but he Trevor pretended to not know about it Now it’s still within three months of a sale I have a battery which won’t start the car over night Told Patrick Lennon about it after a failed battery test and both Trevor and Patrick from Motus Nelspruit went quiet on me two weeks after I reported the matter And to date they won’t update me of their intentions about this matter at hand

Lost my car key and needed a new key code to my vehicle. Went to Motus Toyota Nelspruit on two separate occasions to get a quote, then booked the vehicle in for the job and dropped it off in the morning, on the day it was due to go in.Three hours later an *********** service “advisor” calls me to ask about the key that needed to be coded, I asked her why she was asking me about the key when that was the reason the car was brought in in the first place. She then proceeded to explain to me that that wasn’t the correct process to follow, neglecting that I had been there on two separate occasions and called to book the vehicle in without being informed of any process. The “advisor” who took possession of the car took the key and said nothing only to call me hours later to “advise” me of the correct process, something she could have done earlier when I delivered the car. She didn’t even have the decency to acknowledge her wrong and to offer an apology, because to her mind she was the solution and not the problem. She was part of the problem FYI. Unhappy with their service.

I am very disappointed with this dealership, there is NO proud and trust is an issue, so this is concerning as this is Motus and they need to follow up on promises made to clients which they don't, just a mention

Had the worst experience taking in our car for service yesterday. After driving out of Toyota today the malfunction indicator lamp came on, which has never been on since owning this car in 2017, we called them and spoke to Elsabé Pretorius and she told us a technician will contact us and it's been hours later now and no technician has done so and the malfunction lamp is still on. The covers they opened to replace airbags are not closed properly, you should see the inside of our car, I could literally cry right now. We stopped somewhere and when we returned to the car to switch it on nothing was happening, we called them and were we told that we brought in a car that gets jumped started everytime we have to start it and our battery is fairly new, so its not they problem we must find someoneto jump start it for us. We didn't have time to ask about the indicator lamp as he was getting impatient with us. The last straw was when we opened the service book and found not stamp, no writing, date nothing that the car was there for service again the same "technician" told us that's not his job. Everywhere we've taken the car for service the service book was always dated, the next kilo meters were written in and it was stamped by the people or company that provide the service. We fiddled with the battery and discovered that the battery terminal were loose. My heart is sore because there's no proof in the service book that a service was done, the car came back not in the same condition that it was brought it. 💔 We paid for the service and the car came back with a MALFUNCTION INDICATOR LAMP ON.

I received the worst service ever at the nelspruit Toyota today. I took my car in for the alarm to be reset and it took them almost 7 hours to get it done. Elsabe, the consultant assigned to my car was not available to give me any updated or assisted shipping . I called numerous times and left messages and she never came back to me. I ended up going to the dealership and spoke to Harley van neke/zyl, who couldn't give me an update/explanation, she rudely told me to come back in 1 hour when Elsabe comes back from running her errands. I have never been treated so badly.

I am so over Toyota Nelspruit. My hubby took his company bakie in to get a quote for the air conditioning as the comressor blew, and the company who he works for asked him to get a quote also for a complete service and Parts for everything that needed to be replace and fixed. Now let me tel you its a big chunk of change..... The lady working with his quotation by the name of Cebsile has no clue what she is doing... After 8 telephone calls, numerous messages and **** licking of note he received his quote 2 days later. Every time he phoned her she was busy, or not available or she will send the quote now! She has no people skills and her mind is on permanent vacation, at times he got so mad and request to speak to the Service manager or Store manager for her to do her job. Seriously Toyota it's pathetic. After she send the quote for vehicle repairs 2 days later we asked her were is the quote for the air conditioning??? you know what she said? If we want a quote for the air conditioning my husband must phone the guy who is looking at the air conditioning problems and request the quote from him as she is busy. This is my husband's company vehicle, even though it's nothing to you or the staff of Toyota, the vehicle is my family's bread and butter, and for Cebsile to think it's a joke or taking him for a fool each and every time he speaks to her, she must just look at the quotation she send him almost 3 days later and remember where her salary comes from. This is not the first time there is an issue with Cebsile's work ethics or attitude problems. Please take note Toyota Nelspruit: As his company has an account with you, we refuse to deal with Cebsile in the future.
