Absolutely the worst company , in Nelspruit.... please do not use them as a service provider... rather go to webafrica!!!!!! I haven't even received my router yet and I'm having so much issues with VOX, they are unprofessional, useless and have no people skills ... they are what we call in The Lowveld " Seatwarmers".....with so much regret today, I canceled with webafrica and I signed up with this uncapable company on the 3rd.... they send the router from JHB to Nelspruit Skynet on the 5th of October 2022... only to now the 19th of October to find out skynet has lost the Router , now....... Vox does the pass the buck thing , where we the customer have to sort it out, but wait there's more.... VOX has already send me a statement for pro rata .... I'm being charged for a service that's not rendered and a product I don't have!!!!!!! And if you phone VOX the only answer they have is they'll escalate the matter ... 3 weeks later and they are still escalating this matter????????????????? The courier keeps phoning me asking if I received the parcel which I have not .... and VOX just keeps pilling on to my account... no one knows what they are doing at VOX , I quess by next year Xmas they'll be still escalating this matter???? Absolutely atrocious... not good for your reputation here in the Lowveld, where your name means alot , and VOX definitely is not standing by theirs!!!!!!!! So if you want high blood pressure, call VOX today for a quote, that's about the only thing they don't disappoint with.
Checkers Valley Hyper is a #WIN FOR OUR FAMILY, THEY HAVE NICE QUALITY PRODUCTS the staff are friendly and willing to help, the store is clean and covid - 19 guidelines is followed to a T, management is always on stand by and ready to assist and the staff greets politely and is very friendly, I love this checkers so much and weekends there is a litt3coffee shop with the best ****ins. #WIN
Cash Crusaders @ Nelspruit by the shoprite is amazing, the Staff the products and their buy back options. We are frequently there browsing for new stuff or doing a monthly buy back. And the guys at that branch always makes you laugh with their jokes, they are warm and friendly and always assist with anything and help where they can. I love it at cash crusaders Nelspruit feels like almost family. Thank you guys #WIN
There is a new Spar that opened up in Sonheuwel just by the new Mozambique restaurant at the garage, what a little useless Spar, guys seriously you never have anything, no dog food, no bread, no bananas no cat food, and that is like basics, why would we as resistance from Sonheuwel go to the new Spar that almost never have what you need if there is Spar Steiltes up the road and Crossing down the mountain!????? The other morning when I went there, you didn't even have milk. That's why we #WIN @ checkers
We buy cars Nelspruit, bought my little Honda Jazz 2 months ago, the proses was amazingly fast and satisfying, thank you to Gerhard for making us a good offer and making the experience an effortless and great one, now I can buy a bigger family car. The head office was also swift in making decisions and contacting us back, this is our 2nd time using we buy cars, the first time we bought a car and now we sold one. You guys are definitely our first option when it comes to buying and selling. #WIN for us.
Such a terrible cellular provider, I did my upgrade for a new phone after 3 years of the same contract and waited 2 months for them to not only deliver the phone to my home address as we had covid - 19 locked down restrictions at work, but they delivered the wrong cellphone, the courier service Intellicell uses are extremely arrogant and rude, I have never dealt with such incompetence in my life, not to mention if you tell the people at Intellicell of the courier company, they don't care and do nothing about it either. Ai please don't use Intellicell, rather go to a vodacom or mtn service provider they are #WIN
Very beautiful Restaurant by the river, the vibe is chilled, this Café is more like a health bar, as there is a gym next to it and on the opposite site a health and beauty spa. There are fabulous walking trails and very pet friendly, the local doggy there is Sam a golden retriever and he is super cute and the most beautiful manners. The only thing I personally find fault is breakfast is only served till 10h30 and there is not a big selection on their menu, and they are a little pricey.
I am so over Toyota Nelspruit. My hubby took his company bakie in to get a quote for the air conditioning as the comressor blew, and the company who he works for asked him to get a quote also for a complete service and Parts for everything that needed to be replace and fixed. Now let me tel you its a big chunk of change..... The lady working with his quotation by the name of Cebsile has no clue what she is doing... After 8 telephone calls, numerous messages and **** licking of note he received his quote 2 days later. Every time he phoned her she was busy, or not available or she will send the quote now! She has no people skills and her mind is on permanent vacation, at times he got so mad and request to speak to the Service manager or Store manager for her to do her job. Seriously Toyota it's pathetic. After she send the quote for vehicle repairs 2 days later we asked her were is the quote for the air conditioning??? you know what she said? If we want a quote for the air conditioning my husband must phone the guy who is looking at the air conditioning problems and request the quote from him as she is busy. This is my husband's company vehicle, even though it's nothing to you or the staff of Toyota, the vehicle is my family's bread and butter, and for Cebsile to think it's a joke or taking him for a fool each and every time he speaks to her, she must just look at the quotation she send him almost 3 days later and remember where her salary comes from. This is not the first time there is an issue with Cebsile's work ethics or attitude problems. Please take note Toyota Nelspruit: As his company has an account with you, we refuse to deal with Cebsile in the future.
Absolutely terrible, my company vehicle's air-conditioning stop working, took the car in, in working hours on Wednesday @ 11h00am explained the situation, they said they will look at it and then after 1 hour of sitting there they said they couldn't fix it, I then said because I'm from Nelspruit I will take it to Toyota Nelspruit and they can look it it, I then asked them to bring the car around so I can go and then again after asking and asking another hour later still waiting for the car. At this point 2 hours later I walked outside and around the workshop corner were the car stood, nobody around, everyone ignored me I climbed into the car and drove off.... They are absolutely flippen useless
Aaah were to begin, it's an oky-ish insurance, they give you oky-ish customer service, and the benefits is oky-ish...... Were I find fauld is they are way too expensive, I pay R2000 for car insurance and house insurance, but the car only gets driven 4 times a month as I have a company vehicle. You can't get hold of anyone on email or telephone, you download their app, but it has more glitches than anything.... And they take their monthly debit on the 19th of each month after telling them time and time again to change it. Thinking of changing my insurance
