Runway collections delays
I purchased items on Runway that turned out to be small. I then requested a return on 04 December 2023 and was issued a reference number on the same day. To this day they have not come to collect the items. I keep calling Runway and each time they promise to have the items collected the next day, which never happens. They dont seem to care about their customers after purchase.

Unhappy Motus Totyota Nelspruit customer
Lost my car key and needed a new key code to my vehicle. Went to Motus Toyota Nelspruit on two separate occasions to get a quote, then booked the vehicle in for the job and dropped it off in the morning, on the day it was due to go in.Three hours later an *********** service “advisor” calls me to ask about the key that needed to be coded, I asked her why she was asking me about the key when that was the reason the car was brought in in the first place. She then proceeded to explain to me that that wasn’t the correct process to follow, neglecting that I had been there on two separate occasions and called to book the vehicle in without being informed of any process. The “advisor” who took possession of the car took the key and said nothing only to call me hours later to “advise” me of the correct process, something she could have done earlier when I delivered the car. She didn’t even have the decency to acknowledge her wrong and to offer an apology, because to her mind she was the solution and not the problem. She was part of the problem FYI. Unhappy with their service.

MOVE ME SA ******
I went through the same experience as those who gave this **** operating as a transportation company business. If i could give them no stars, I would. They were contracted by my employer to transport my furniture to Mpumalanga and so began the worst experience ofy life with the ***** Sashin who owns the business. My furniture arrived late, damaged or missing and all i got from them was excuse after excuse but not positive results. My furniture was not placed into the apartment because they told me i didnt advise that there would be stairs. End result, it was left on the side of the building and i had to make other arrangements to bring it in. Stay far away from these people, and approach at your own peril. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

BEST SUITED TO LOOK ELSWHERE FOR YOUR REMOVAL NEEDS
I would not recommend using their services. My personal experience was not the best. the furniture was packaged well but my customer experience was subpar and did not receive much joy from them. Found them to be rigid and unadaptable to the needs and evolving dynamics of their clients.

Midcity utilities is useless
The level of poor customer service is sooo bad its shocking. How do they continue to get business. They never attend to queries, you have to continually follow up with them and they never seem to know what they are doing or talking about (bouncing you from pillar to post).
