Midway offered me a reasonable and an affordable premium for my car. Midway was prompt to respond to my inquiry.
DSTV disconnected services due to outstanding amount on 02 Nov 2024 yet made payment on 23 Oct 2024. I inquired to learn the premium has increased. DSTV failed to inform me about new premium increase prior April 2024. Usually received an update via email and I would update my monthly payment arrangement. DSTV claims it has informed via SMS which I have never received. DSTV discovered that my cell phone recorded on their system is incorrect. Why has DSTV decided to disconnect now in Nov very inconvenient? Why not promptly in April? Why has it waited for so long to disconnect? The consultants don't want to admit the input error (contact details)DSTV has made and cannot clarify the delay. I had asked to have the package reinstated then resume to pay the new premium on the next month but refused. I asked to cancel my account, they refused and insisted that the cancellation will be scheduled in December 2024.
Very disappointed in Regal Inn. Seem not to care about customer courtesy. They have failed to acknowledge my request for refund since November 2022. I have been contacting them via emails and phone calls to no success. They kept on promising that the matter is in talks for resolution and they'll get back to me. Till today, I have not heard or read anything from Regal Inn. Highly would not recommend that company to anyone.
The consultant was very attentive to my request and offered me an affordable deal I least expected. I will surely refer my friends and family to Miway Insurance.
