I have been all the way to the ombudsman and back. My issue with COJ is unresolved since 2023. Incorrect and unrelated accounts linked to my stand number. I am prepaid but continue to get disconnection notices to my stand for different account numbers and debtors. I suspect serious ***** at COJ but my request have been ignored my all. Minus 10 stars
I have been purchasing items weekly from Checkers via sixty60 over the last couple of months/years with zero issues. I had one incorrect delivery in about 100 and it was resolved very quickly. Those are amazing stats. Very happy.
Better me billing is nothing but theft. Signed up and subscribed for 4 weeks and paid the subscription. I have now discovered additional charges for "subscriptions" that I did not consent to. Stay clear
Surprised by the effectiveness! Excellent customer service and good turnaround time. I purchased the wrong size part and Cecilia was such a help taking the return and helping me find the correct one! Very happy

Ag nee! Strike 3 and your out! Ordered and paid for a bike. Received an E-mail to say that I will be refunded as they can’t make the order( I was not surprised given their track record ). I drove to a Makro with stock and bought the bike in person. Today I received a message that my order is out for delivery! Are you kidding? Phoned the callcenter and was told that the E-mail cancelling my order was just a glitch. I sure hope they do refund me timeously this time around.let’s watch this space.
Such a hassle to deal with them. Their admin and logic is disheartening. Not much business sense here
Do not support Makro! Purchased a washing machine that is faulty(broke within a week) they have refused/avoided a return of the machine. I have been calling and calling every time explaining and every time I am told my matter has been escalated. It has been a month now… and still they mess me around! They keep insisting that Defy repair it…I want to return it to the Makro as I am fully entitled to do. Makro seems to conveniently overlook their violation of consumer legislation. It’s a disgrace how they have handled this. It has not been the first time that I received faulty products form them either.
