I have placed an order with FlameHaven for The Unique Fireplace Oil Diffuser To date i have not received my order or any feedback from them despite my numerous emails. They dont have a contact number. DID ANYONE RECEIVE THEIR ORDER FROM THEM
Very disappointed with this travel agents. Service is pathetic. A trip that was supposed to have cost me 85k ended up costing me a further 65k. Will never recommend you guys to anyone at all. No feedback. No assistance. very unprofessional for travel agents. I had to miss my flight because they did not tell you about the flights etc
I have bought many times from the. Very happy with Snatcher, never had any problems. you can always track your parcel with them.
I received an SMS to say that my late husband Cell C account was handed over to them for collection. I called in and spoke to the most rude person PERCY. he refused to give his name and his attitude was beyond reasoning. i explained that my husband had passed away in January and cell was informed and i received a message to say account closed. He asked me to email the docs to him. when i asked for an email address, he said to me that i need to look at my SMS. when i mentioned that it does not reflect on the SMS, he was rude again and said to me that i need to look carefully as all details are on it. when i queried again, he said he sent me another SMS with details. Said SMS only came through after 8 mins. As a person who prdes myself in customer interaction and service, this agency needs to learn real quick
I ordered online. Delivery was as promised. Products were of an acceptable standard
I am battling to close my late husbands contracts and transfer it onto my name. I went to the Galleria Mall, they really need to learn customer respect. they asked me to provide an affidavit stating my husband passed away in spite of me producing a death certificate. I then sent an email to creditqueries@cellc on 17th June. I have not had any responses until i sent an email on 21st June. they responded by asking me to provide my Documents that was required to transfer contract onto my name which was done @8.00am that morning. To date i have still not had any response. i called in and was told the only way to fast track this was to resend the email as they do not have a contact number??? Is this the level of service that we get from a service provider with so much competition out there. they want to make you cancel all contracts and move elsewhere
My dad is a pensioner and collects SASA grant. Without his knowledge an amount of R60.00 is being deducted of which he knows nothing about. Where are the policy documents of agreement signed for this. Who authorised this deduction and who do we contact to rectify this. this is unacceptable behaviour and the ombudsman needs to know about this
This is the worst online site to buy from. They take so long to deliver your order, nothing near the 10days timeframe. when they do it is the wrong stuff and there is absolutely no way to contact them, there is no tel number provided, only an email address where there is no response to your mails. They advertise a lot on social media and even when you message them there , you dont get a response. I am sitting with an item that i purchased which took so long to receive and also is wrong and does not work and i can do nothing about it as there is no one to contact about this. PS I HAVE BEEN BLOCKED FROM POSTING COOMMENTS ON SOCIAL MEDIA - A SCAM SITE
