Horrible service , withdrew 40k and left 20k in to play . Played on another platform and asked them the following day when the finds will reflect . Answer 24-48 hours . Left it and then returned later to play with the 20k remaining . Never looked at balance just played . Only to find out that they cancelled the Withdrawl without any communications , cancelled 24 hours after the withdrawl was taken . The withdrawl statement history clearly shows complete and they have the nerve to apologies after I spent my funds which they reversed in to my account so yes very ***** . No confidence in this brand , issues since I signed up. Hi team Let me inform you of the utterly disgusting service I received in regards to your service on wednesday the 19 august 2020 I called in to you call centre contact number as asked to do on your whatsapp site , was told I was caller number 5 and waited around 15 minutes to speak to a sonele from accounts . Now when i called in option 1 was technical support not accounts . I was then told that I would be transferred to a tech advisor , was then caller number 3 . And guess what I came through to sonele from accounts Again . Told that I would be put through again and this time I was caller number 5 and just as I thought this call is becoming expensive I decided to wait further But then as I reached caller number one I was automatically moved to caller number 5 . I cut the call and was about to start laying complaints however I decided to make this a bit more in my favour . Called from my wifes phone and recorded it and guess what it happened again . So first things first . I would like an apology from whoever took me for a fool or thought they were smart enough to waste my time and minutes Secondly : full re imbersment for a call to a service centre that was not valid , null voided If I do not receive any feedback or outcome on the above issue I will have no other choice but to post the relevant recording on all social media platforms including tech support sites etc like mybroadband.co.za I am a person of ethics and do not appreciate paying for a service promised . N.b this was the communication I sent in august . We in october and still the same issues are giving in So lets be frank supersonic and cut the bullsh”- . Bad bad service Had house insurance through a broker by the name of frontline . Initially applied for household content cover to the value of R420 000 I did not place the alarm with 24 hour response in as we have very good burglar bars and gates securing the windows and doors etc Every year I received renewals of my insurance and in 2017 the household content cover went over R500 000 . I have never received any changes to the insurance and when we had a incident on 6th august 2019 I was informed that the insurance has been declined because there was no alarm present . When i went back to my renewal for 2019 . I then saw that indeed it states no alarm and 24 hour response . After emailing my broker again . He then informed me that old mutual states that any household content cover over R500 000 must have a alarm and 24 hour monitoring response So basically since 2017 where all my renewals stipulate that i have no alarm and paying the premium every month it was basically for nothing . after my broker then pleaded with old mutual they have a nerve to tell me that they will approve everything besides the jewelry as it was not locked in a wall mounted safe The clause clearly stipulates that any or jewelry over R5000 must be contained in a safe where 80% of my jewelry loss was under R5000 each . Whats even more shocking is that my claim is not even a third of what im insured of Just to put it out there . Please do not deal with old mutual . After our incident they still deducted money out of my account . I have actually been very subtle about the matter and quite patient however I would not want any other customers to even come across this kind of service as its out right shocking . I have laid a complaint with the ombudsman and osti and still awaiting a response . I have now moved my house and vehicle insurance over to another company and advise all other customers to do the same
