MTN CASCADES - TERRIBLE SERVICE BY LUVASHNEE. AFTER MANY YEARS OF SUPPORT AND MOVING ALL OUR BUSINESS OVER FROM ANOTHER PROVIDER SHE FAILS TO DELIVER ANY SERVICE OR GIVE THE DETAILS OF HER MANAGER
THEY HAVE NOT PAID US FOR WORK CARRIED OUT AND SPARES SUPP**** IN NOVEMBER 2022.
THE SITUATION IN PIETERMARITZBURG BRANCHES IS PATHETIC!!!! CLOSURE OF BRANCHES AND THE 2 OPEN (HAYFIELDS AND THE MALL) YOU QUEUE FOR HOURS AND HOURS AND THERE IS NO SEATING. YOU WAIT OUTSIDE FOREVER. THE STAFF DON'T SEEM AT ALL PHASED WHEN MULTIPLE CUSTOMERS IN FRONT OF MW COMPLAIN AND WHEN I COMPLAINED. I ASKED THAT IT BE ESCALANTED AND THEY COULD NOT DO SO. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO ACTIVATE MY BUSINESS CREDIT CARD AND AM TYPING THIS ON MY 4TH ATTEMPT AT A QUEUE. I AM NOT WILLING TO WAIT HOURS BECAUSE STANDARD BANK DOESN'T HAVE SUFFICIENT INFRASTRUCTURE TO SERVICE THEIR CUSTOMERS
We purchased a container of engine oil from Midas PMB called power glide. It was put into the car and caused the engine to seize. on returning to Midas they got us to purchase a flushing agent which didn't work. The people from Power Glide after 2 weeks came to fetch a sample of the oil drained and say the sample is too small and we would have to pay for the testing ourselves. Please can you ensure that Midas only stocks reputable products. Can Midas in any way assist in dealing with Power Glide as the oil was purchased from Midas? At the moment Wayne isnt working due to his vehicle being out of commission. <br>
I purchased a few items for mothers day. I was looking at my bank statement when I noticed 2 debits for the same amount for woolworths on 12 & 13 May. I knew it was for the items purchased on the 10th. I had been debited twice for the same purchase. I contacted the store and they told me I must come to the store with my bank statement and contact head office. I was very upset that I must go to the store to fix an error on Woolworths side. I emailed the manager the statement. I did recieve a call back stating it was a problem with Nedbank customers and that it would be refunded into my account on Monday (yesterday). This didnt happen and on trying to contact the store again the manger is in Durban. What is most annoying is the inconveniece of it and that if I hadnt been checking my statement I would never have known and that I have to phone and harass the manager to try get my money back. I would expect this from some dodgy little shop not a Woolworths, where you go expecting quality service.
