Thank you very much PEP CELL, what an amazing experience. I have been through tough times with another very popular online provider and after 3 weeks of trying to find my parcel, which was allegedly delivered and not delivered, I decided to try PEP CELL. In less than 24 hours, I have the parcel in my possession with no frustration. Thank you and keep up this service, it is amazing.
This courier partner of HiFi Corporation is a disgrace. I ordered goods from HiFi Corp on 16-02-2025, after trying to follow up several times with complaints to HiFi Corp, they kept stating that the parcel is with Aramex and will be delivered. I finally receive an email from Aramex on Wednesday, 05-03-2025 stating that the parcel has been delivered..... To whom may I ask.... Not at my property to me. Now there is a HUGE (joke) investigation by both parties to find the parcel.... WTH. Both HiFi Corp and Aramex should just go out of business, leading to more unemployment in this country as a result of idiots who can't manage either business. Both your companies are pathetic beyond repair. Worst of all, this is a parcel for my elderly father, who has Dementia, and this is now causing sleep depravation because he worries all the time.
Please do not support this company with ONLINE ORDERS. According to their website, they deliver in 2 - 5 days, this is absolute NONSENSE. I placed an order online on Sunday, 16 February 2025 for a cell phone delivery. When I logged a complaint with them on Monday, 24 February 2025 they indicated that the parcel was still with the courier, ARAMEX, and that it left Secunda. According to the tracking message received, there was no mention of the parcel even being in Secunda, only from Nelspruit? to Witbank?.... How long does it take to arrive in Jhb? This is ridiculaous, they have no idea what they are doing. I order a parcel from China and receive it within 7 days, but South Africa can't do 1 little parcel right? You should be disgraced, We have to choose a star rating, but there is nothing for under pathetic here, so unfortunately they get 1 star.
I have not used an Uber since March 2023. Now they debit R50 from my acoount without consent. This is *****. I work for a bank and will take this to the right places for answers. ******* debits from clients accounts can easily close your business banking facilities down. How much ******* money have you ****** already.

Most pathetic service from both Multichoice and Hi-Lite located at Mall of the South. Had a runaround from both for a week and a half about an extra view decoder. It is suggested to get an installer to come check, costs me an additional R1200 to be sitting with the same problem. Hi-Lite informed me that he refuses to assist me as he provides a free service and I have a bad attitude because they give old refurbished decoders and were offline for 4 days. I wonder how these people would feel when they are put through this with an account of R1200 to be sitting with the same problem. The only reason I have to subscribe to Dstv is because my elderly Dad uses it. Now his decoder is non-operational due to poor service delivery.
