I ordered items on 29 Feb 2024. On 8th March I asked for an estimated delivery date. Received a reply from "Primrose" same day saying it would be delivered within 15-20 working days. I emailed again on 8th April and on 9th April received a "mail delivery system" failure saying the email address is disabled.
Excellent price and item was delivered next day. I am extremely happy
Quick to take your money and extremely slow to send the licence - I still have not received it after 3 weeks. No communication whatsoever except for an sms saying the matter is being dealt with. I will never use them again and strongly advise others not to do so.
I "take a lot" from takealot and usually they are quite good although delivery times are getting longer. Recently they have taken to delivering things without an outer wrapping which means gifts can often be seen by the person they are for. I recently ordered an Amazon fire stick for a gift and a "delicious monster" pendant was delivered. Admittedly it was collected the next day but no communication from takealot as to when I will receive the fire stick which is for a birthday tomorrow. I find this lack of communication and effort to put things right quickly unacceptable.
Excellent service from this company supplying dictaphone equipment. They went above and beyond to get me a foot pedal which I required urgently.

I have generally had excellent service from MorClick, however we have had no internet now for almost a week - two emails with automated responses and no delivery of my WhatsApp message later and I still haven't heard from them. MorcClick responds to Helicopter reviews - with poor service and one star ratings, why aren't you doing something about your customer care?

Takealot used to be brilliant but the last few times I have ordered from them their service has been atrocious. I ordered 3 items and two were delivered. When I asked where the third item was I was told it had been returned for a refund and I can order again. In the meantime the price has gone up by R200 and their customer service is cumbersome and terrible.
