I need to compliment Botha at the Montana branch. Best service and advise. Saved me a lot of money. My car got serviced at the dealership, they tried ripping me off on replacing my brakes. Ask for thousands, I phoned Supa Quick Montana, spoke to Botha, he helped me quickly and total came to 1/3 or the dealership price and they noticed that my shock needs to be replaced. My car was in for service and the shock was not even mentioned. Supa Quick and their staff is definitely a trustworthy place!
Hi, We visit the Kolonnade branch on Monday 18.12.2023. We met Precious the consultant at the branch. She was the only consultant in for the day, under pressure and working hard. I want to thank Precious for her service and assistance! I opened 2 new accounts for my children, she was very helpful and friendly.
Hi We bought an accessory for an Xbox today 15.12 2023 at 09:25 at BT Games Kolonnade. We spoke to the sales consultant Katlego Moema about Xbox Live thats gone and Xbox Game Pass free games. Then I asked for a R250 Xbox gift card. We paid and left. Once we reached home and wanted to load the voucher we saw that we were give a R250 Playstation voucher! I asked for a Xbox not PS. When I phoned the shop they were confused and gave me long stories, told me I must sell the voucher to somebody? It was a mistake done by the consultant not me. I want a R250 voucher for Xbox, I dont have a PS and do not know anybody with a PS. The world is turning to digital, shops like this must focus on the little bit of customers they have, you now convinced me to go digital. I want my voucher, you can have the wrong 1 back.
They are quick with flyers and people visiting your area to get sales. No you joined them and have issues but they work via another ISP. They do not respond to the tickets log when there is fault. They close the ticket without checking if problem is resolved. Vumatel is focusing on getting your money and not customer service.
Hi. Webafrica is excellent when their stuff is working but when there is fault its a nightmare. No way to phone them, via WhatsApp or Twitter. They dont answer mails. They blame Vumatel and say they must fix it, Vumatel says everything is working it is Webafrica? I need to ask for updates & always same response :"we are investigating the issue". Good to make a sale, poor to assist you. I supp**** all the info with screenshots, 2 days and nothing but I keep paying?
Hi I am trying for months now to cancel a contract that is over, it is now on a month to month basis. I dont use it at all but keep paying for it. I went to a Vodacom store, they cannot cancel it at store level and told me I must contact the contracts department, I called the department, spoke to the agent "got all his info", he confirmed that the contract is now cancelled and 3 months later it is still active? So I mails customer care last week Wednesday, no response from them 5 days later? I need help please! Regards Pikkie

The courier will require either charges for holding or owner certificate for bird. You will never get your bird.

Hi, each time I upgrade with Vodacom there is issues. Last time I was supposed to get a headset and powerbank and did not get. I escalated it and nothing happened. The previous time I signed a contract for 1 amount and got charged a different amount. Now they have a promotion with Fortnite vbucks and everybody think its vodabucks or do not know how I get it. They refer me to their Voda app chat line and the chat line refer me back to the store? The promo indicates you get 2500 vbucks "for fortnite the game". I am getting tired of these promotions where it indicates you get something and you get nothing but excuses why you dont get it. The website indicates to go to Samsung app, Samsung tells me vodacom needs to provide me with the voucher. The Vodacom site indicates I need to put my IMEY into their tab, their site informs me my IMEY does not exist?
