Coca-Cola factory here in Pretoria. Pretoria Street. Trucks keep crashing on my house wall, street pole damaging my electric appliance. Now today another truck just crashed in my yard nd they r quiet
Coca cola factory in Mahem Pretoria. My house at 1228 Pretoria Street, Booysen is connected to Coca-Cola factory. The trucks coming to the factory are a problem because they bump electricity pole multiple times, at one time the electricity cable almost burnt my house but the neighbors came to the rescue. Coca cola officials refused to give me the truck details. The was an incident with a truck from cape town, when I contacted them they told me my TV set, my fridge they are not sure if they were in working condition. The other truck bumped my wall nd outside building and cost me around 12000 to fix. The fridge and television cost me around 6k, they decided to open the gate nd removed the signs that stopped the trucks from making ******* turns. My issue is that there is a bin which has caused mouse infestation in my house, just infront of the factory gate.
I have since been waiting for assistance since 11:00 in the morning, I called in relation to no network since 10:30. I was unable to work today due no network between Metrofibre and vodacom. The lady poorly assisted me, I called again around 15:30 ND da guy pretended to be helping but he dropped my call. I am still without network and without reference numbers
On the 01/08/2022 The truck from Africa Tyre Company crashed into my house wall leaving my outbuilding and the wall destroyed, I got the pictures of the truck bumping the wall from Coca cola factory security camera. The truck drive bumped the wall and my structure and just left a big hole which clould have invited thieves to go in the yard and take whatever. I need to file my claim with the company which is around R8000.00. Coca Cola person have been in contact with the company but when we ask for the contact details they are not assisting. The Picture from the video does not show the numbers clearly but what is written on the track is;Africa Tyre 24/7 Breakdown services, Towing services, Auto Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic, Tyres. Please help me contact the company so they can pay for the damages incurred. I stay next to Coca Cola factory in Booysens mayhem. I've been complaining about their drainage system that's been breaking my walls Nd flooding my yard. I have been complaining about this issue Nd hve been sending them videos but nothing is done, such a big company is not taking responsibility of fixing their pipes. This problem has caused me to build a brick wall but their water is now punching holes in da wall making it wall and now m afraid da wall is going to break like the asbestos I had before. Please help me report this to da municipal Nd how I can deal with this legally. They sent me this guy Terry Todd Nd he did nothing as far as I am concerned. I am the neighbor staying at 1228 pretoria street, Booysens, Pretoria. My complaint is concerning the noise level which is unbearable, I have been trying to be in contact with the manager but I am unsuccessful, The reason for the meeting is that I need them to come and install the Noise proof boards as they have done to my other neighbor, I had complaints before but were never addressed. We are currently working from home and we are affected by the noise. There is noise from their machinery, Noise from the trucks day and night loud hooters by the gate, construction noise, smoke coming from their side (we dont know the side effects on our health). The marketing is no longer for the community as before, no fun days, no communication with neighbors, no vouchers, no discounts, no appointing on jobs for the people around the poor community. I am still waiting for response for the damage caused by one of your drivers who bumbed the electricity cable as a result my house almost got burned had the neighbors came to the rescue. Please note that my television set, Dstv decoder and DVD Player not working. This is a real inconvenience for my family as the kids are at home and that is not working. Its now been over two weeks since we had Power Shutdown, the lights came back but I have been struggling to get my DSTV to operate, I even took the decoder to DSTV (which is paid) and Its working properly and when I explain that to the building Managers I am told Its my decoder, I am even told to call the provider myself. I always make sure I pay my monthly rental on time but I have to beg them for the service of their satellite. The Shutdown resulted in my DVD Player getting burnt and they do not care about our appliances. All I want them to do is to service me as much as I Pay as they expect. ********** 620
