If i could give them zero stars i would. Still waiting for a call back from the optometrist who gave me lenses that did absolutely nothing for my eyes. Only when i went to another optometrist, did i find out that my left eye was weak and that i needed a prescription lens. Tonkil has been giving me pieces of glass all along. Bought a Guess and Ray Ban frame from them thats glorified show pieces. STAY AWAY FROM THESE ********S
SHANE O'BOYLE IS A CON ARTIST AND A ****MER!! He was very active and communicating professionally until he received his payment. After that, i struggled endlessly to get hold of him or his company to deliver my goods. I had to stay in a hotel for 2 nights at my own expense because i had no bed. When my goods finally arrived, my mirror, that i paid insurance and extra packaging for was cracked and some of my items were ******. Its been 24 hours since i messaged Shane O'Boyle for a solution and i am yet to hear from him. They use outsourced service providers to deliver your goods. As agreed and stated on his invoice, he says your goods will be in a shared truck. My goods arrived, crammed together in a small Opel Corsa utility bakkie. STAY AWAY FROM SHANE O'BOYLE AND BOS LOGISTICS. You will end up spending more.
Ive been waiting for my free TV for 3 months now. Ive mailed their support desk throughout December, spent numerous times on the line with them, spoken to to consultants (Sinawo and Given) who both assured me that this will get resolved but today 05 January it still isn't. Trying to get hold of Given now is a complete nightmare and she does NOT return my calls! Pathetic pathetic pathetic. Why should we go through these lengths to get proper service from these companies? ref number: za201126-13970960
Mid June I contacted FINRITE to cancel my insurance as I could no longer afford it thanks to COVID and a cut in my salary. A Gentleman by the name of Tshepo Marokhane phoned me and convinced me to change my cover from comprehensive to accidental cover as it was much cheaper. I agreed to it, he sent me a document to complete and it was moved. No problem. Fast forward to 9th August and I get a message stating that my comprehensive insurance has been activated. This was done without me approving it and with no communication with me whatsoever. This is quite frankly illegal as you cannot make changes to my account without my knowledge. On the 12th August I email Tshepo again but until this day I am yet to receive a response from him. This is just poor poor service. At this point I don’t know whats going on but I see my insurance is no longer showing when I access the Vodacom app. On the 29th September I get ANOTHER sms stating that my comprehensive insurance has again been activated. I immediately email Tshepo AGAIN telling what has happened and go as far as to say that I will be taking this issue further and STILL I am yet to receive a reply from him. My issue was again resolved but with zero communication, zero apology. Not a single communication from Vodacom or Finrite. Today the 26th November 2020 my insurance has yet again been increased without my permission. I also need to add that with every email ive copied in Thuto Mashigo and Kathlego Molefe but have not received a single reply from anyone.
