I went in to email and make copies. A lady assisted me with the email then got onto the phone. She went to the back of the store and was on the phone for about 20 min. She eventually moved back to the counter and started doing something else while on the phone. So I got very angry for waiting 20min and asked very agitated if she can make me copies too. She told me that she is busy and blatantly refused to help me. That's my punishment for getting angry at her I guess. I will never set foot in sandton mall postnet ever again.
I am past my 2 yr contract and on month to month basis. I have tried to stop the month to month contract as i am not earning a salary due to COVID, however cant get through to 135. I have tried for days to get through. My number has been cut off completely cant receive incoming calls either. I have honored the 2 year contract and i would understand if you stop data and outgoing calls. But MTN blocked incoming calls aswell. I do not think that is fair. And for this reason i will NEVER go into a contract with MTN again. Blocking my number from incoming calls has caused a lot of damage.
<p>I had received an sms out of the blue that i have been subscribed to GameMine at R5 a day. I had tried to cancell a few times and errors keep occuring. Eventually i managed to unsubscribe. A few weeks later i had received another text from GameMine informing me that my subscription will be renewed and i have to cancell again to stop subscription. This is a ****, i had not subscribed and if they take money from my account, i will regard it as *****.</p>
Invoice ********** Jhb to DBN. I arrived at the airport 2 hours before departure, got to the flysafair counter to ask where to go. The employee told me I was way too early and need to come back 15 minutes before departure. I left and was ****ing time in the airport for an hour and a half. Got back and went through the boarding gate and the gate was closed. For goodness sake please give your customers the correct information. I had to arrange to stay over in Johannesburg again and I had to pay R500 for another air ticket for the next morning. I will make a point of it NEVER to use Flysafair again. If I had never spoken to that Flysafair employee this would not have happened.
<p>I took out a contract for a 2 Gig sim for R99 pm. The very first month the debit order go's off, an ammount for R884.69 was deducted.</p>

Last year my old decoder broke and I replace it with a new one. I had phone to activate the new decoder and deactivate the old one. The old decoder was deactivated and the new one activated. More than a year later, I started to have billing problems with my account. when I phone in, I was notified both decoders was running and being paid for. and I am in arrears of R571. I phone twice to fix the problem and the end result was that I must supply the date of the phone call I activate and deactivate the decoders, and I have to give the phone number I had phone from. (information I don't have anymore a year later) In the conversation I had today the consultant stipulated that I must have made it clear that I wanted the old decoder deactivated. WHY WOULD I KEEP A BROKEN DECODER RUNNING? I also hereby notify Multichoice that I WILL NOT pay the outstanding amount. So please hand me over if need be. In short, my decoder broke, I replaced it, I got billed for 2 decoders, Multichoice have to determine first that I stipulated that I deactivate the broken decoder, the problem cannot be resolved due to the fact that the calls cant be recalled without a date.
I drive a 94 Black Honda Ballade. On 19/04/2015 at 09H34 I went to refuel at Caltex in White River Cor. Tom Lowrence and Theo Kleinhans for the amount of R200. I was assisted by the attendant, ask to fuel up with unleaded, but did not check when he put fuel in. I drove home and smoke started coming out the exhaust. I drove the last bit of road home and got diesel a mechanic to check what's wrong. He could not find the fault and we replaced parts on the car that the mechanic thought was the problem. R2000 in replacing parts further I decided to replace the entire engine. I bought a recon engine for R9000 and had it replaced at a service centre in White River at a cost of R2000. When the mechanics at the service centre wanted to start the car with the new engine, there was still smoke coming out the exhaust. They check the fuel and found that there is diesel in the tank. The attendant had for some unknown reason put diesel in my petrol vehicle after I specifically asked for unleaded. We did not suspect that the fuel was the problem but the car as it is a 94 model. I email the branch manager (Leon) at Caltex WR but its been a week and he still did not reply with even an apology.
