Also recently fallen victim to her con artist tactics with rental deposit. Charges double deposit and *****ently withholds all deposit + more with false accusations and charges.

Late Estate Account - no interest
When my father died we had to open a late estate account. We opened it at FNB, not once did FNB request what type of account was needed. After reviewing the bank statements I noticed NO interest has been paid since opened. When querying this, the reply from the Fiduciary Administrator, Tumelo Thoka was "we do not provide advise on opening of Estate Late account and open the accounts requested by the executor, which is the not interest bearing". This is outright robbery as no choice was given on opening an account and no questions were asked regarding this, executor certainly did not request a NON interest bearing account either.

Eaton UPS - replacement batteries only available at their factory
I bought a Eaton 5E UPS from them (avaiable at Makro), now trying to replace the battery. Phoned them and they say the only place that sells the replacements batteries is at their offices in Wadeville!!! Don't buy from them as batteries are hard to come by, or so they imply.

Prepaid seating given away
I prepaid for my Seating & selected seats when reserving my tickets. When checking in 24 hours before the flight, it showed no seats allocated and I was unable to select a seat. Eventually phoned Kulula to find out that my seat booking in row 2 had been changed to row 9 but was originally row 2. I was unable to make any changes online due to the prepaid seats, and neither was the call center. Bad service, why give away prepaid seats!!?? Booking ref : INBMRS

Late delivery, slow response, mission to get a refund
I drove to a DHL branch on a Sat (Isando) to get a document couriered urgently to the USA, the document was due to be delivered on the Tues. On Wed still no delivery, so I followed up. The document went from South Africa, to UK, to USA, to South America and back to the USA. It arrived 10 days later. Phone calls I received from DHL were just statuss that I already knew as I could see it online. Now I am trying to get a refund .... DHL want a form completed and a bank statement stamped by my bank. They ALSO need proof that I paid for the delivery!! I have submitted everything but I expect there will be something else they need as well. NEVER use DHL International.

Portion size tiny
I ordered a portion of pop prawns. The size of each prawn was less the 2cm and there were 8 of them - 2 of the prawns were 1cm. I cannot believe that a portion size this small can be sold to anyone. I have taken a picture as I was so shocked when I saw the portion.
