Excellent
WOW, wish I could choose more than 5 stars! There was a serious problem I had and, without any hesitation, and with lots of kindness, Kayla and Keagan came to my rescue and made my worry disappear. I sincerely thank them for their graciousness and professionalism. This is clearly a company that genuinely care about their customers. Thank you!

Excellent Service
It is truly such a pleasure to deal with such a professional, and very thorough company. Every staff member we spoke to was patient, friendly and didn’t hang up until they were 100% sure the problem was solved and that we were happy. In this day and age excellent service is hard to come by. The staff excel in client service, it is very much appreciated.

UNPROFESSIONAL AND BAD ATTITUDE
My lens popped out of my glasses. Due to the nature of the frames this tends to happen. Every optometrist has done an excellent job, no scratches post repair. The lens popped out again yesterday - I am in Cape Town at the moment so I went to Mellin Optometrists. When I received my glasses back they were so badly scratched - it looked like someone had taken scouring brush to the lens. I just called the Manageress who became quite defensive, and downright rude. I was so taken aback. Whilst they don't take responsibility there has to be a measure of professionalism and care with customers goods. And a better attitude would go a long way.
