In October 2025 i traveled to Durban with my sister & kids. On our return we experienced a problem with payment of our luggage because the machine kept declining payments. On the 3rd attempt, the transaction was successful. Then later through the bank statements we both realised that all 3 transactions actually went through but when calling the Flysafair Customer Care to claim for a refund, they keep giving me email addresses that keep bouncing back, including their customer care email callcentrelpoagents.co.za

My home was hit by a lightning on Sunday 7th of January 2024. My roof & ceiling were damaged as well as the fridge, TV, washing machine, wifi-router, DSTV line and the plugs in one room. On claiming for the building and content cover, I was informed to do my own assessments @my own cost. While in the meantime the weather is not on my side, the rain keeps falling daily and I was forced to do roof repairs at my own cost. While I was still shocked by the treatment I’m getting from the insurer and the cost that i'll be facing before paying for the access, I was also busy with getting assessments & quotations as requested in between my work commitments which had to suffer at some point. Then I was threatened with cancelling my claim due to insufficient information. Exactly 10 days later the building assessor was sent to my place. My building is a double storey building and the assessor did not have step ladder that is long enough for him to access the roof and a week later the ceiling was repaired with an upfront access payment of R2000 from me, yet nothing was mentioned about the cost of fixing the roof myself. In between, I get a call for content assessment yet when I call I’m told by various people including my claim handler that my claim has been cancelled or paused depending on whoever is taking my call at any given time. On the 22/01/2024 a content assessor came my house to check all that he could check and told me that because he was overbooked for the day, he told me he will have to reschedule our appointment. And then there was silence again until I called for a follow-up with the assessing company, and he was then rescheduled for last Saturday, 03/02/2024 and promised to compile the report and send by end of business day on Monday, 5/02/2024. After another silence, on calling the insurance again today, I am still told of the cancelled claim. I don’t understand what trick is being played on me but I need a resolution as a matter of urgency.
Hello Peter, I withdrew funds in my Investment account on the 23 November 2023. The funds were to reflect in my Credit Card Rewards Card the next day but to date nothing has happened. I've called the call-centre & they've referred me to the branch and the branch is also not assisting since the money has apparently been put in the Nedbank's suspense account which the branch cannot access. I made a withdrawal for a reason but this moving from pillar to post is not helping. Can somebody please assist.
Good day Sir/ Madam I bought an iphone 8 through Hypeli which I thought was a bargain and it was delivered on the 15th September. First I was disappointed with the fact that there was no disclaimer that the phone was a second hand. I only realized when it arrived, that it was not in its original box. As if it's not enough, a month down the line the phone started going off on its own even when the battery is sufficient and only turns back on when you put it on a charger only to confirm that the battery is still available. I've sent an email to their customer care line on the 23rd of October and all i received was a reference number and a promise to call me back but to date (16/11/23) no feedback has been received with regards. I need assistance to get my money back.
@Today, the 20th of April 2021 my claim hasn’t still been resolved, not even their assessors have contacted me yet all the requested documentation was duly provided on time. The incident happened on the 1st of April 2021 when I found my car lifted on paving tiles after all 4 tyres & rims were stolen. I was advised that Sebastian was going to call me a week ago and he only called yesterday after he received my complaint via email and promised to resolve my claim and return back to me before the end of the day yesterday but till now, he has not emailed or called me. If I haven't replaced my tryres, does it mean that till now the car would've still been parked on paving blocks waiting for their assessors? I am not happy with the service I’m receiving @King Price at all.
My Retirement annuity premiums are paid via a stop order but in December 2020 I received a communication that my policy has been made paid-up due to non-receipt of premiums for September & October 2020 yet my payslips said a different story. The premiums for September to November 2020 were later refunded, thanks to Hellopeter, and the other two additional deductions that went through via stop order after this policy was made paid-up in December 2020 and January 2021 were to be refunded within 60 days yet no payment was made. In light of the above, I therefore request refund of the latter premiums @December 2020 to January 2021 as per previous. Kind regards,

On enquiry I was advised to reinstate the policy. I have therefore come to a conclusion that I do not want to continue with the reinstatement of this policy as I do not understand who will have to pay for the 2 x outstanding premiums which have already gone out of my salary as a deduction as per pay-slips that have been provided to them as proof of payment. After this policy has been made paid-up, two additional deductions have already gone through via stop order, yet no refund has been paid back to me since the account is said to be paid-up. In light of the above, I therefore request refund of all premiums w.e.f September 2020 to January 2021 because to my understanding this policy has been cancelled. Kind regards,
For the some time my loan account was in arrears while my instalments were for the amount of R3153.86. But once I got back on my feet I tried to put my account back on track with intention to close it off before or by the end of my 5 year loan term (27 January 2019). As at the 1 September 2018, my outstanding capital balance was R8479.29 while the Actual Contract Balance showed R8777.59. I then paid an amount of R5786.00 on the 27/08/18 to bring my outstanding capital balance to R4384.5 with the actual contract balance of R4534.59 according to statements recieved. During October month I called Sanlam to enquire about my settlement balance and was given the amount of R4555 as my settlement which I fully paid on the 27/10/2018. To my suprise my November statement showed an outstanding capital balance of R240.06 while the actual contract balance showed R290.49 instead of R0.00. On equiry I was told that I haven't called in to inform them that I am settling and closing off my account. As a result it has grown to the outstanding capital balance of R900.25 while the actual contract balance showed R900. 25 as at date instead of R0.00. Please help me as I feel I am being ripped off. I have paid off my loan as per contract and capital agreement recieved on enquiry of settlement. If the amount was not captured as a settlement, I don't see why I am being penalised as this may eventually affect my credit score. Kind regards,
I have cancelled the Sanlam Reality Lifestyle in 2013 but whenever I am not watching and with every chance they get they debit R99 monthly from my account. I brought the matter to the attention of Sanlam and they said they were not aware as my account has been cancelled yet 2 years later I am still battling with debit orders from them that have to be reversed and/or cancelled.
