I visited the Melorse Arch WoolworthsStore today, 28 February at 1pm and spoke to the manager about 4 packs of chicken breasts that went rotten after cooking and she was the rudest service provider employee that I ever came across. She was loud and would not give me a chance to speak and said that I shouldve brought the rotten chicken with me (LOL) and I needed to go to Rosebank where I bought the chicken. I rold her that I will contact Head Office and she said "go ahead and be my guest" I was disgusted and will now tell the rest of my family to stay away as my children only shop at Woolies but will not allow them anymore. I called the call center on 0214076137 at 5.34 a lady answered and said she will transfer me to her colleague and she transferred me to another voicemail machine who cut my call. Woolworths has now joined the ranks of "Customers dont' mean a thing" tHE WAY i WAS HANDLED BY TIS RUDE MANAGER OF THE STORE WAS UNFORGIVABLE. It says a lot about the why our country is in the4 mess it is....
What type of company is Multichoice????? they suspended my decoder - I have two decoders and confirmed debit order for 27 of each month but yesterday they suspended the one decoder and both assistant do not know why. I spoke to ludwe at 9.58 he kep me on the line for 18 minutes then he cut me off. I am now talking to Andiswe komete and still holding since 10>22am and time now is 10:57am.. It is the most frustrating thing to speak to the MultiChoice DSTV help line as nobody seems to know what they are doing or they just feed you lies and drop the call. We need serious competition for MultiChoice because this cannot continue.
It has been two weeks since my Wi-Fi installation. Afrihost has deducted the debit order from my bank account . Gomolemo sent an email to say that the router was delivered and for three days I ahev been emailing him to say that I have not received anything. Then I was promised on Friday 2 Dec. that delivery will be Monday. Monday 5 Dec. came and went - no delivery. received an sms to say that they went to incorrect address. I called the courier and waited on the phone for 30 minutes only to be told delivery will be today 6 Dec - no delivery. Called Afrihost and spoke to Kwaito on 011 6127200 and she dropped the call on me. Called again and spoke to Cynthea who said she will call be back. 45 minutes later and nothing. Afrihost is sitting with my money without delivering what was promised
I will never ever recommend MultiChoice/DSTV Customer Service to anyone!!! I wrote a review on Hello Peter on 24 November and to date not one person from MultiChoice bothered to contact me. They gave me eight so called recommendations for installers (four of which none of the mobile numbers were in existence and I also got a false reference number) and none of them wanted to install my decoder/installation so I went and changed my Explora Ultra with installation to a "NON INSTATLLATION" and it cost me R2350 to install through a company called Paragon Installers which I eventually found on the website and who are meant to be MultiChoice Accredited Installers but they do not accept vouchers because MultiChoice takes up to 2 to 3 months to pay back the vouchers . All in all it cost me R4,579.00 and these private guys did an amazing job . It took me three days to get an installation done and not by MultiChoice but private people. I have never in my entire life been so frustrated and disillusioned with a service provider . They will remember their bad service once a new competitor shows up. Their staff are worst I've ever dealt with before. Sinosipho who'm I spoke to on 24 November at 12:06 is probably the worst. She gave me all the false information and never bothered loading my details . She is the one who gave me the false reference number!!! Nika Chetty still has not called three days later. I hope I never have to contact MultiChoice again for anything!!!!
This is the worst service provider EVER! I called on Thursday, 24 November as 12pm and spoke to Sinosipho. Requesting to add 1 2nd decoder. she have three numbers for an accredited installer and reference number.We spent 40 minutes on the phone. I sent all required document, she confirmed receipt. said they cant adjust debit order - system problems. she will call bk between 2:30-3pm. At 3:17 - no call I called . spoke to Karen Pabavattan who said Sinosipho DID NOTHING.Nothing was loaded all the informatio she gave me was false. they cant load the documents for the debit order because its after 3pm. Another 40 minutes . she said Nikita Chetty will call. NO CALL FROM NIKITA CHETTY. Karen gave name of Installer who arrived with nothing when I told them it's decoder with installation, the left and said they are busy I must find someone else... DARN RUDE!!!! Today, 25 Nov 2022, I called for the 3rd time spoke to Dolly who tried to help but does not listen to the customer. I am sitting with a decoder Ultra AND noone in MultiChoice can help...USELESS TO BOOT. There numbers on the website does not answer and they refer you back to the website or email address... SHOCKING SHOCKING SHOCKING!! Lies, false information, pretend to assist but do nothing. THE WORST SERVICE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE.! I will get better service from the guy in the street!!!!
