CANYON BLINDS AND DECOR -AMAZING!
I was needing blinds for my home and saw a post on I love Northcliff commenting on Canyon Blinds and Decor and how incredible their service was. I called and spoke to Kobus the owner about a quote. He came the same day, measured and emailed me a quotation by close of business, The blinds are up and beautiful but the service I received was exceptional. It has been many years since I have experienced service on this level!!! Cannot recommend them enough. Thank you Canyon Blinds for taking stress out of the entire process.

THE BEST EMBROIDERY COMPANY
What a wonderful experience from start to finish. Professional, efficient and the embroidery and artwork exactly what I wanted. All communications were clear and there was no waiting for a response. APPLIANCE REPAIRS
I have used this company on numerous occasions and cannot praise their service and efficiency enough. On two occasions its been in the evening and on a weekend with a freezer/fridge (just fully stocked) giving up. GAU to the rescue. You are kept up to date all the time and even when spare parts were no longer available they substituted others and my appliances still running happily many months later. Thank you especially to Albert and his assistant (apologies for forgetting his name...Promise?...) I can personally highly recommend this great company. Well done guys!!!

CREDIT NOTE VALID FOR 30 DAYS??? SERIOUSLY???
I returned a blanket a few days after buying it in May and received a credit note for the R499.00 that I had spent. Today, exactly 5 months after receiving the credit note I went into the store and was told that my credit note had expired and that it was only valid for 30 days. The computer was not accepting the c/note number. The staff and I called the 'Careline" between 6 to 8 times. The instore staff were helpful and tried to get clarification but to no avail. This is a straight rip off. Thank goodness my credit note wasn't for a couple of thousand! Nowhere on the credit note or in store does it give a period of validity. All the ladies on the 'Careline" could only repeat like a mantra that I had 30 days for a refund. When asked about the validity of a credit note..back to the mantra...even from the team leader! They have 'kindly' lodged a complaint for me which should be responded to within 2 to 3 working days! My time, money and petrol are of value to me but not to Loads of Living or Truworths!! Guys we just won an award for the best call centres in the world! What is happening in yours??????

Godrich Toyota does it again
I cannot compliment Godrich Toyota, Bronkhorstspruit enough. We live in Johannesburg but have bought two vehicles from them, the reason being that the service we receive from Amelia and the company on the whole has been beyond excellent. It is a very long time since we have received service, helpfulness and efficiency on this level!! A huge bouquet and shout out especially to Amelia!!!! Well done guys and a pleasure doing business with you!!
