This company has had my shoto battery for months to try and honour my warranty. Does not answer emails at all with regard to a normal enquiry as to what is happening with my battery.
Quick quote and cheaper than current insurer. Also very helpful and friendly staff
Paul sold some small items to me and delivered . When it comes to ordering bulk, (special on his website) then the trouble starts. He has promised delivery and refund to no avail. 3 months. He doesn’t know the business I’m in, but he will find out soon.
Natureal has very fast service and delivery. They keep you updated and you get a call after delivery if anything needs to be explained.
No existing customer service, as queries are only replied to by auto response e-mail server. I received a delivery of part of my order on 1 June and since then no info or feedback with regard to my order.
I was involved in a MVA on the 8th of December 2017on the corner of Swartkoppies and Heidelberg road in Alberton. Other Driver Mr F Mathebula turned out of the middle lane to his left and collided with my vehicle travelling in Swartkoppies road in the left lane. My vehicle was damaged on the right rear to the amount of R 45 000.00 as estimated by the panel beater the third party referred me to. I reported the accident to the Alberton SAPS AR 84/13/17. It has been two months since the accident and I have to bear with the damage to my vehicle. Mr Mathebula as well as Kamohelo Lekhanya( manager) was on the scene of the accident and acknowledged that my vehicle would be repaired by the company, as Mr Mathebula was in the wrong. I have not submitted a claim toward my insurance , because of the acceptance of liability on the scene. To date , neither the company nor their insurance has given me any feedback , as I have sent communication to Hollard as required per e-mail correspondence below, but they don't even have common courtesy to reply to my e-mails. In the meantime I was forced to have some repairs done in order to have my vehicle looking respectable( bought new Wheel and tyre, door etc) But damage only partly repaired. Per email below, they admit their client is more liable for the incident. I don't know what else to do from here.
