Dear Telkom Customer Care and Amazon Prime Video Support, I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding the 3-month Amazon Prime Video promotion that was advertised as part of my Telkom 5G Internet 40 Mbps contract. When my contract was activated, Telkom sent me an email informing me that I qualify for three months of Prime Video and that I should look out for a second email to activate the promotion. However, I never received the activation email or any activation link. I have contacted Telkom and Prime Video support multiple times (more than four occasions), and each company has referred me back to the other, stating that the issue is not their responsibility. This has left the matter unresolved. Since this promotion formed part of the Telkom contract offering, I request that the issue be resolved as soon as possible by either: Sending the correct activation link for the Prime Video promotion, or Manually activating the three-month Prime Video benefit on my account. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the complaint to the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) as well as the Consumer Protection authorities. Please confirm receipt of this complaint and provide a solution within a reasonable timeframe. Kind regards, Mervin Skeef

Skynet falsely marked me as unavailable.Skynet courier says delivery failed and cosignee not available,this is a lie because there was no attempt to contact me at all and I was available all day.i want to know where I can complain about this poor serviceThis information is incorrect and misleading. I was available at the delivery address for the entire day and no delivery attempt was made. No one called me, no message was sent, and no courier arrived at my premises. This is unacceptable, as it delays an urgent Telkom router delivery and reflects false information on your system. 3rd 3rd
Good day,I had app**** for a loan with sanlam life ,was told to accept a debicheck and was then declined but straight after I was being debited by sanlam life and my bank has confirmed it's sanlam life in partnership with easy fin loans.i have contacted easy fin loans and the man I spoke to Chris Pelser Cell: 072 373 0075 Email: chris@theloanshoponline.co.za has made it very clear to me that I will never see my money again.all I ask if for my R250 to be returned as I do intend on taking this matter as far as i can take it legally.i have called your loans department several times and was told its not sanlam lifes matter even though sanlam life is making the debit order. These people told me to accept a debicheck so they can proceed to deposit my loan.after accepting the debicheck they then said the loan is declined but continued with the debit order.
