Terrible service - never contact me and lie about deliveries. Say I am not contactable when I am sitting with phone in hand checking arrival time of parcel. Charged me extra for redelivery but never recieve my parcel. This is unacceptable.

I logged a query 3 weeks ago - I have spoken to a number of agents to assist me, on the day I logged the query was advised that I would be contacted in 24 - 48 hours by a manager, to my dismay I am still waiting. I should have received a cash back in 2019, due to issues on your side you moved it to 2020, I have never claimed - you then moved it to 2022, like a good paying customer accepted your reasoning, now you have moved it to 2024 - so my conclusion is that you are not a company that keeps its word. Your consultants have never contacted me regarding my query, I have asked for call records, not the first time either - you tell me when I join I can request them at anytime - no one has provided them to me, you take my money with no hassle, I have never claimed since joining you, but you have not kept up your side of the deal. I am disappointed with the treatment and service and fear that should I really need your services if something goes wrong you will give me the same or worse treatment. 3 weeks of waiting - speaking to more that 3 consultants over the period - no response not one person contacting me to explain or advise what is happening, not a missed payment not a claim and you keep moving the goal posts, I feel like I am being ripped off and the fact that no-one including the manager who was supposed to contact me has done so - makes me feel even more so.
I am so disappointed in the service right now, every month the same thing. Jist before endo fo the month my signal disappears, then i need to make a plan for packages from other networks. The signal is terrible and atleast twice a week it is not accessible - even though the tower is 100m away from my u house. Now the 1st of the month down and can't even log a complaint, because the websote is down for maintenance. I have recommended in access of 30 people to Rain since ot started and sad to say that besides me only one other remains with them due to service like this.
