Excellent in communicating to customers and making follow up calls. Staff friendly and very helpfull. Reception and workshop clean and tidy. They have the right recepy for customer service.
Disgusting customer service and no feedback as promised in your auto response. I start to get sms-es whilst I am not an FNB customer for a few months. There is no STOP option on this sms. E-mails send on 10/05/2025 and 11/07/2025. No response. I called the call centre and got no help. Respond on my e-mail is the following: Dear Customer Your query is important to us. Query 6630447NFQ has been sent to the relevant Service Department. We are committed to addressing your matter within 3 business days. Should you need to follow up on your matter, please call 087 575 9408. Regards, FNB
Please help. I'm receiving a pop up message stating "Your Airtime balance is low, would you like Xtratime Loan?" I select No each time but the same message keeps returning. I've tried sorting out the settings and send sms-es. It keeps the screen on all night. NO, the answer is NO. Please help me sort this out, as I can not find any other guidance on google how to stop it.

On the 4th and 24th of November 2014 I spoke to an employee of Cape Union Mart at the Greenstone shopping mall. They were ordering a part for my GPS and I was promised that it would take 2 1/2 weeks. After the 24th of November I did not receive any feedback.
