Fantastic first time experience. I bought a simple battery and the service was amazing. From JHB to CT and the sent it overnight. I expected 5 days for the battery to arrive. Thank you. Awesome surprise!
On the 2nd of December I called the center for assistance as my Bosch dishwasher was faulty. I was promptly given a reference number and told that a representative would come to check it out. This did happen, 5 days later, and we were told that we would receive an email with a quote regarding replacement of the heat pump. We heard absolutely nothing for a week until I called the call center once more yesterday Tuesday 13th. I was told that the quote was ready and would be sent immediately. Nothing arrived…. I called the center nearly 2 hours later - same promises and yet, as of 9am on Wednesday the 14th still nothing has arrived. What do I do? This service is extraordinarily bad - 12 days passed, no results. Merely inadequate, sloppy service and lies. If you thinking of buying a Bosch, DO NOT, no matter how good the product is, its only as good as the after sales service.
When every you deal with an online company for the first time, you have this fear in your gut that its maybe a scam. I have encountered a few over the years. So with caution I purchased a set of Irons from Golf exchange - Golf-exchange.co.za. What an excellent experience! Goods were shipped overnight to Cape Town almost immediately after the payment was done. The clubs are exactly what I wanted. Really good experience. Constant feedback during the entire process. The cable guys, useless as they are Frogfoot and Cool Ideas Service Provider really dont give a damn. They both indemnify each other from any repercussions. The ISP is the point of contact, yet they take no responsibility for their own client issues!! They wont take responsibility for the terrible service that Frogfoot provides, but they will take your money - heaven help you if you don't pay!!!!! When I called in to complain about the issues, I was told to write an e-mail to complain. Hell I waited 7 days for them to fix the line. I called them 5 or 6 times a day. NOW I MUST WRITE TO THEM AGAIN!!!!! Incredible!!! Masego Sekamogeng is agent at Cool Ideas that states - check our terms and conditions - we are not liable... Yes, but it took over 48 hours for your team to sort out that I even had a line. We escalated that... So what!!!! that did not get a response did it! If I was @CoolIdeasServiceProvider I would have called my client that I had stuffed around to 7 days and said " we are sorry for what happened, how can we make it up to you?" Firstly, give me back the money for the 7 days that I did not have a service!!!!! WHY DID I HAVE TO CALL YOU!!!!! The SAD part is that they are rated number 1 in this country. WOW, what a low bar we accept! When I said that it was not acceptable, he e-mailed me the cancellation procedure... Guess they really dont want my business. BUT they owe me 7 days of service and I will get that back!!!
Really great service. Did the invoicing on the phone and the goods were sent out on the same day. Thanks guys
I have had a number of parcels delivered to me by the Courier Guy. I have yet to be disappointed. They WAY exceed my expectations. Thanks guys, please keep up the good work. You can deliver my package any day!
I bought an Item from MC auto recently. It was a bike jacket. The correspondence from them was professional and to the point. I was concerned that if there was an issue, I was in CT and they are in Trichardt, and the resolution would be an issue. Anyway, after being let down by a company in CT, I decided to give it a go. I was so pleasantly surprised by the promptness and professional manned in which the transaction was handled. Thanks guys!
Interesting company to deal with. Have tons of spares for the older Land Rovers. Discovery, 110 etc. Just don't ask them to help you to get a job done. They will tell you to ask Google. Excellent ECU re-mapping and fixing. Nicky and Raj really know their stuff.
I required a new hob for my house, as the current one had packed up. Because the cut in my Granite was too big, I could not use a standard 60cm one. A chap by the name of Noel in the Fourways branch was very helpful in finding the best size as a replacement. I needed to confirm with the granite cutter that the size would fit. I then called Noel on Thursday 29th of September to check that they had stock of the unit we had settled on, a Whirlpool AKT8360LX. On the phone he confirmed he had stock. I made arrangements to collect on Friday 30th September in the morning. Would you know that when I arrived, he then wanted to go and look for stock. After I had asked very nicely that he have it ready for me... Anyway, it turns out that none of the Hirsch's shops have the unit in stock, even though they are running a special on them. A simple call to say, "oops, no stock, don't come in, would have worked perfectly." What a waste of time!!!! Now I have a granite company here to cut the hole bigger, and nothing to compare it to. So is that the idea, run a special, have no stock and then up-sell? hmmm?
