I have banked with most banks in South African and this has been the worst of the lot. Their ATM are super slow and their app is so difficult to set up even their own consultants struggle. It's unfortunate I can't close this account cause it's linked to my stockvel. Take my advise don't use Standard Bank if do want stress.
Bad service, bad agents no help whatsoever. I am was first blamed for a phone that is not charging less than six months after purchase. Now I can't even load app net internet connection but no assess to phone so how do you gain access to you WiFi services.

Momentum financial advisor are lazy and won't go the extra mile for anyone. I have recently inherited quite a large sum of money and would have like to keep my investment in one institution but I am seeking an alternative. Momentum is the worst. I see you only reply to get rid of the complain. I have never dealt with such lies and deceit. Always leaving with a sense of worthlessness. I have had enough of this ****** institution, I see even the complaint are all from Black people. I really regret having any policy with Momentum. I will advise all in my circle not to use Momentum products cause you suffer when you need help. I am honestly don't care anymore, I will seek further legal advise elsewhere.i I am angry, disappointed and fed up with ***********

I have been back and forth with agents from Hollard for my claims and have no success. I have been waiting for authorisation of my claim since first week of February. I have been sent from pillar to post and now they authorised the second claim and no word on the 1st claim. When I inquire with the panelbeater suggested by Hollard they inform me that Hollard informed them that I will fix the vehicle myself. No one can tell a straight answer after I never even defaulting on my premiums. I am even considering approaching the ombudsman to assist me. Hollard has been as constant disappointment and I will not encourage anyone to take insurance with them. If you want your money's worth, peace of mind and speedy service don't go for Hollard.#hollardripoff
